My partner and I do a lot of business at this store . But unfortunately we just called to tell them how horrible one of our purchases were . They couldn’t care less . So here we are now . We tried to be nice and you could have offered a coupon or actually anything . Instead we were told sorry to bad you didn’t care for it ummm sorry but you’ve list our money . We will be getting our appetizers and frozen dinners elsewhere. Sadly your response is negative enough to warrant us not shopping at your store in Chilliwack. Next time someone calls you about something show a little concern at least .

Rahuls service was amazing. He looked out for my pockets and helped me save lots of money with coupons and promos all while being funny at the same time. Definitely will be back.

Mediocre food and overly involved staff l. They only honor advertised sale prices if you agree to their marketing program. Cost me an extra $20 for a pack of steaks, which couldn't be corrected. Cost them a customer for life. Judging by the demographics of their customers it's probably a great stock to short.

I found the staff tonight too pushy and he kept trying to sell me stuff after saying I was just looking. I got home and told my wife about my experience and she said the same thing happened to her months ago and doesn't want to go back it upset her so much. Anyhoo, other then the staff, its a great place to shop for frozen meals.
