Great Place to Take Your Vehicle if You're a Woman!!I brought my Jimmy in to see these guys after another shop tried to rip me off to the tune of 2.5 times what I expected the estimate to be, and 2.5 times what it SHOULD have been!Not only was the estimate from M.A. Automotive exactly what I expected price-wise, both by the work needed and the cost of that work, but the actual work was done perfectly and for not a penny over the estimate.I'm a woman who understands and knows how to diagnose and fix computers and various other machines… including trucks and cars. That, fortunately, has kept me from getting ripped off time and again by unscrupulous mechanics who don't believe women are capable of this particular skill, but hey… if men can do it, women can do it, too.Not only did this shop NOT try to add any extras to or fudge the estimate, they treated me with respect and as if they actually believed that I understood my truck. It shouldn't be so rare in this day and age, but I'm 57 years old so I've seen my fair share of skepticism and disbelief when I've tried to talk knowledgeably to mechanics over the decades, but not these mechanics—thanks guys!I'll definitely be back for the next thing my Jimmy needs, and would feel perfectly comfortable recommending this auto mechanic/shop to all of my female (and MALE) friends and family members—the ones who live here, anyhow! :)

Took great care and extra measures when fixing my car in order to prevent extra costs. No hidden costs and a very fair price for the amount of work done. Definitely recommend for anybody looking for an honest reliable mechanic.

Highly recommended. A problem that I paid a local dealership 2 hours worth of labour and they could not figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, a brand they sell and service, Mark figured out in less than 5 minutes.

Drove from Vancouver to Chilliwack with family last Saturday for some fall color hunting. Tire pressure warning light started flashing and stayed on. Googled the surroundings and found M A Auto the only shop open. Went in and asked for help. The young gentleman[sorry for not getting to know his name] helped to adjustment the front tires pressure, gave us a few professional recommendations, and put us at ease. A ruined day trip was saved. Mark is a great mechanic. He doesn't sugar coat anything but gives you the straight goods about your vehicle. Mark has worked on our Ford Expedition and Toyota Corolla. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
