Tried to upsell me a premium oil filter even though I had stated multiple times I wanted a cheap one. Lady at the counter refused to look up my account so I could get a prior receipt printed stating it would take 'days' to find it. Never had that problem before. Sounds like laziness more than anything else. Service going downhill.

We Love Lordco but a particular driver is another story. Saw one yesterday that clearly does Not not how a merge works. It almost caused an accident with his idiodic driving. Disappointed. Do better

This store is the go to for auto accessories and tools and much more. The staff are absolutely awesome and helpful. If they are out of what you need they do what they can to stock up. 5 stars easily
