I had a flat tire and after calling almost a dozen places (including Canadian Tire and Kal Tire) i was told the earliest they could patch my tire was in 2 days from now.
Ken's took me right away. I had to wait about 20 mins but compared to the 2 day quote from elsewhere, that was totally understandable.
The guys working there were polite, professional and kind.
Fantastic service on all aspects.

I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but today was the last straw. Let’s start with previous visits.
1. Went in and had some brakes done on my pickup. While there I heard the guy (not sure his name, but he usually sits at the desk pricing tires) take a phone call and explain some work that needs to be done to her car. After hanging up, I heard him go into the shop and make fun of her to the techs because she was crying and couldn’t afford the repair. He was mimicking her on the phone & laughing about it.
2. I went in to get a flat repair, while there I asked about prices for new tires as I knew I would be needing some before winter. When discussing tire size (same guy) he told me that he’s right and I’m wrong because “he’s been doing this for years & obviously knows more than me” (I worked automotive parts & service for 15 years)
3. My husband went in today, he was asking for quotes on tires for his truck. He asked what he had comparable to another brand he was interested in. The guy (same guy) said “well we sell Toyos” my husband said “well I’m not a fan of Toyo's” that same guy says “well than you obviously don’t know anything about tires”
So my husband walked out. This guy has a chip
On his shoulder & talks down to women. Definitely don’t recommend dealing with him at all

Honestly the best service I've ever had over the years ive never been disappointed. The guys are so informative, and very attentative! As long as I am driving a vehicle around, this is where I'll continue to purchase my tires, rims & do my brakes. Excellent Service 10/10

Well, I’m going to tell you about my personal experience, and it wasn’t very good.
It turns out that on May 31st of this year I bought a pair of new tires for the front of my car. I must say that they were really very kind people who helped me, and it was the owner himself who recommended that I change the old tires for new ones, which I agreed to do because it’s always important to have tires in good condition.
I only used the car for a month to go to work and come back home and do the usual things that are done with a car, like going to buy groceries or going for a walk with my family. I don’t think it was anything out of the ordinary, since it’s a small car. Unfortunately, the company where I work gave me temporary dismissal, and I stopped using the car for two months, using it very little. Now, on June 19th, when I was trying to go buy groceries, my family and I heard an unusual noise in the car. When I got out of the car to check the general condition of the car and then the tires, I noticed that one of them was in very bad condition. There were a lot of wires sticking out on the edge of the tire and in general, both tires felt very bad, which surprised me a lot because I believed that I had bought a pair of new tires.
That same morning I took the car to Ken’s Tire & Wheel to explain my problem and they told me that the great damage to the tires was due to them being misaligned. What they told me seemed unreasonable to me and they told me that I could corroborate it somewhere else, so I decided to go to another place where they sell tires to ask if that was possible, such rapid wear in just one month. Well, they told me that when putting on tires it is always good to warn the customer that if the tires are misaligned it can be a problem in the future, that they need to be aligned along with the purchase of the new tires to avoid this type of wear. They also told me that it is possible to have this type of wear, but not in just one month of use. When I bought the new tires, they did not mention anything about needing a tire alignment. When I commented on the tire alignment, they explained to me that when they saw my tires the first time, they did not think that there was a big misalignment of the tires.
Now I have no other option than to buy a new pair of tires again and make sure that they are aligned and balanced because when I think about it, my family and I were at great risk since some mishap could occur and also with the people around us when we drive the car. This comes at a difficult time because, as I repeat, I am temporarily laid off and for now having these types of extra expenses that are considerable really cause a great imbalance in our economy as well as frustration and distrust.
At the end of the day they explained to me that if they had put new shock absorbers on they had probably not put them on very well and that was what caused the tires to wear out so quickly. I think that the latter could have happened and that it is something that I have to ask for an explanation from the person who put the new shock absorbers on, although I would have also appreciated that They should have warned me about the risk of not fixing misaligned tires.

My wife and I are retired, so large expenditures are always a consideration.
We discovered that our tires, which were on our 2001 Toyota Rav4 when we bought it over 10 years ago, are now beginning to separate. A dangerous situation that needed urgent care. We stopped in at a shop that had a sale on, but the price for all four ties was over a thousand dollars. No alternatives were offered to us.
We went to Ken's tire just because we're in the vicinity. Most of our driving is just around town, so I asked if they had anything that we could get at a lower price. The young man searched his suppliers and came up with a set that was very close to the profile of what we originally had on the car. The saving was around $300. Perfect! We put in the order.
A few days later, we came back, and within an hour, the new tires were on the car. I had forgotten to tell them that the spare tire also needed to be replaced with one of the old ones. Usually, at most other shops, that would be extra work and an extra cost. But the good guys at Ken's just included it in the quoted price.
I must say that Ken's Tire offered great, friendly service, and the waiting area was beautifully designed to look like a neighbourhood coffee shop with comfy seating. Both of us made ourselves a very nice complimentary cup of hot chocolate just by pushing a few buttons on their nifty vending machine. The whole experience at Ken's Tire was amazing and the car drives like new. Not only that, but they let us know that they'd take care of any flat repairs and tire rotations at no charge for as long as we have these tires. We highly recommend Ken's Tire to anyone who is in need of tires or brakes. Only five stars are available, or we would have given them more.
