I have never had an issue with Ken's tire and wheel. They rarely take appointments and serve first come first serve. Always had great service with these folks and reasonable pricing for service done. Highly recommended.

I can not believe the customer service of this place. They are all so caring and have gone above and beyond to help me. They are all friendly and truly have your best interest at heart. I have only been her a few times and it’s the same every time! I highly recommend this place.

Went in Ken’s my tire was going low they put in a patch to get me by charged me nothing as I’m needing new tires best tire shop I’ve ever been too highly recommend

This is quite a bit after the fact but I haven't had a chance to write this until now.On the Saturday before New Years eve, I discovered that my tire had a hole in it. Frantically, I started calling any of the tire shops around me and eventually came across Ken's.My car had run flat tires on them and unfortunately nothing in stock. After deliberation I decided to just get all 4 tires replaced.They got started on the car right away and it took only about an hour or so. Amazing!While settling my bill, I asked where the keys were and they told me inside the car. Perfect ?(Note: I drive a BMW that has a remote fob key. If the keys are in the vicinity of the car, the car will start and run, they do not need to be in the car for it to run)Anyway, I jump in the car, back out of the bay and I'm on my way home totally satisfied.I get home (to Maple Ridge) and try to open my parking garage gate. The keys are no where to be found. They are not inside the car. All of my keys, office, house fob, storage locker, trailer, keys were all on it and are now missing.I immediately called Ken's to see if they were in the bay still or on the ground somewhere but it was too late, they closed early.So fast forward 4 days. I call Ken's as soon as they open. The gentleman on the phone was not helpful at all and wasn't even willing to go look in the bay. I asked where they put the keys and he told me they always leave the keys on the roof so they can't get lost. I had my son go there to look as well, they were gone.Thankfully I have a second spare fob for my car and was able to start and use it. As for the rest of the keys, they will all need to be replaced which cost me approximately 550$.I know this is my fault however, better customer service in handing the keys back directly to the customer should considered.

I had some challenges with my tires running flat. I had gone to other shops in the area that did nothing to resolve the issue, just saying they could find nothing wrong.The team at Ken's quickly found the resolution and fixed my concern.I highly recommend Ken's Tire & Wheel.

I had a tire blowout Friday at 4:30 on the freeway with no spare. I'm from out of town and just passing through. All the other tire shops in town just said we close at 5:00 call us Saturday. At Ken's Tire they waited for me while I got my vehicle towed in and fix me up and had me on the road in no time. The service here is exceptional. Ken's is definitely the best tire shop in Chilliwack.Thank you so much guys for saving me! Drew

They saved the day. We had a puncture in our tire while out camping. We don’t yet own a spare and many other places were by appointment only. Mike and the team were great, they were able to help us straight away to get us back to our camping spot sooner!
