Wanted to surprise my daughter by getting her nails done for the first time for Christmas. It was very rushed, they didn’t trim her cuticles or give her hands a massage (I’ve always gotten one). They didn’t take the polish all the way to the cuticle so there is a gap and two fingers lost their gel polish the next day! And now it’s Christmas Eve and so we can’t go back until after Christmas. Not impressed at all. EDIT TO ADD: Day 3 and 2 more have come off. I’m so upset. She is not rough with her hands at all.

Hottips were referred to me and I'll say I will not be returning. When entering the establishment I was disappointed on how dirty the nail salon was. Dusty, Pedi chairs were dirty and the nail tables were dusty and uncleaned from previous clients. I had a booked appointment at 4:30 for an acrylic fill and waited almost 25 min before anyone helped me. As i sat at the table there was a cell phone, wallet and keys sitting there for the taking. Once I was finally helped I noticed the nail tech was reusing the same dust towels, files and clippers from another client. Totally gross!! They also had me bouncing back and forth between tables due to a trainee. Jessica had to re-due most of my nails that the trainee did and my 1/h appointment turned into 1.25/h.
Over all the biggest complaint I have is waiting to get into the chair. When customers make an appointment there is a reason for it. The salon needs consider their clientele's schedules and not over schedule them selves in order to make another $20.00. Sadly disappointed.

Love Jessica. She’s quick and does an excellent job. I left out a star due to cleanliness. I’m a clean freak and I do find that it lacks a better sanitation protocol. I know we are talking nails here so lots of dust etc… but I still think the staff could try and keep their stations cleaner. I know they use proper sterilization for their implements but the overall as I asked about it when I first visited the salon. All the girls are great, friendly and are all very good mail techs.

I used to love going here!
I called on a Thursday morning and asked for a time slot with a mani and pedi, and I SPECIFICALLY asked to get the almond tips put on my real nails. The lady on the phone said " yes just tell the girls when your sitting at the desk" so I was at the desk and asked for the almond tips to be put on. The estatition, said no your nails are too short, and I said no, I'd like the fake nail put on then intona almond shape. She went on to say no, nails are too short for almond shape. We went back and forth for a few mins. I eventually said whatever, do my nails.
Won't. Be. Back.

I'm glad to have found this place! I've come 5+ times and have brought my 6 year old as well. We are always treated so kindly and given a lot of attention. My daughter feels so pampered by the time we leave! My first shellac manicure here lasted a month without a single chip. Super happy with the quality of work.

I used to love going to this place but it's changed so much. Today I went for a pedicure with my friend and was so disappointed when we left. I had a shellac pedicure done and she rushed right through it. I was done within twenty minutes. I asked why it took so long. I've always had a pedicure last for about 40 minutes especially if you're getting shellac done. They said to me no it's only 30 min. I paid $55 for 30 min of work? Might as well have done a polish instead of an actual pedicure. Don't waste your money going there.

I have been here a few times, both times, the same lady did my pedicure. I told her before we started that I was on blood thinners, so please don't cut my cuticles and also don't cut the edges of my big toes it creates ingrown. Both times she did both things and when I said hey ! She said oh sorry sorry and continued to do it again." I will not be back. I am a licensed and certified esthetician. You must never cut a diabetic person. Or someone on blood thinners . Please be careful at this salon.

I used to love going here, but lately it has been so bad. It is not cleanly anymore, My toenail got infected.
I got my hands done it was completely rushed, done in 10 mins, and it was all messy, with nail polish all on my skin, and when I asked to get it cleaned up the lady said “it’s cause your nails are so short” like that shouldn’t matter? She very aggressively wiped them down.
Just not impressed with their service anymore. Do not recommend!!
