“Shout out to Yarrow Building Supplies. We were in Yarrow on our way camping when my husband realized he forgot to fill our travel trailer's water tank and we didn't have a hose. Their store was actually closed (about 15 minutes after closing time) and the person cashed out but when my husband knocked on the door not only did they answer but they let him buy a hose despite being closed. We appreciate this amazing customer service and helping us out of a jam. Not many if anyone any more would even answer the door let alone let someone purchase something once closed. “I recently purchased a fridge from the Chilliwack store that was handled by Karen. There were a number of things that due to weird circumstances, did not run smoothly. Karen handled everything in a smooth, professional, friendly manner that was a positive delight (and shock) in this day of poor customer relations. She was able to hunt down the fridge I was interested in, get it ordered in the colour I was hoping for and even switched the delivery date around when she learned I was in the hospital. And as if all that was not impressive enough, she followed up by calling after the delivery to ask if it had gone well and if I was happy with the fridge.
