I took my engagement ring in for resizing and they did a beautiful job with speedy service. They quoted a turnaround of 2 weeks but it was actually done in just 2 business days.

I cannot say anything but amazing things about this place and their staff. I took my wedding rings there to be fixed after a nightmare from the jewelry store where I bought the bands. The work done on my rings is amazing and I cannot thank them enough.

We highly recommend The Goldsmith Shoppe as they have gone well beyond our expectations to fix an extremely disappointing situation with a custom ring build we had done by another jeweller. Katie initially quoted us to repair both rings to an acceptable standard but ended up having to replace them entirely due to the extremely poor workmanship and quality of the gold used by the other jeweller. This was done at no extra cost to us above the initial quote, and we now have two high quality and professionally built rings that we are very proud to wear! We will be sure to recommend The Goldsmith Shoppe to all our family and friends! We would give them 6 out of 5 if we could!

After having to surgically remove a wedding ring, The Goldsmith Shoppe was able to repair and renew the ring to look seamless. The rates were very fair and the timeline pretty fast considering what the ring looked like when it was brought in. Thank you for doing such excellent work!!!

I was going to call in and let Katie and her folks know just how much I appreciated and valued the high quality custom smithing they have provided the last few years. Over the last 10 years me, my family and some friends have been thrilled with the work the shop does. From resetting stones in new bands, sizing rings, and supporting me in the creation and repurposing of cultural themed jewelry. A few years ago, after working with my indigenous clients, I realized that I had no cultural jewelry. So I scavenged the net for Nordic silver. I found a brooch of a Viking long ship, bought it from Scotland, took it to Katie and asked her to make me a pendant. She also recommended a sturdy chain. It was perfect! I received many compliments on the necklace. So for this Christmas I did it again, but this time it was for matching earrings. Katie did it again! Beautiful work, oversized custom hoops - beautiful! Thanks so much! I will be back - and recommend you to everyone.

I dropped my wedding ring off on a Saturday morning to get resized - I had an absolutely pleasant interaction with the lady behind the counter. She said it would take two weeks, which I was completely fine with! Well, four days later, on a Wednesday, she calls me and says it’s ready for pick up! I am so impressed! Great customer service!

Recently had a ring customized by the Goldsmithshoppe. Everything was done on line due to the fact that I live on the Island. From start to finish they really listened to all my concerns and wishes. Many photos and videos were sent so I could visualize the whole process. When the ring arrived I was very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the ring! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful ring! During the customization of the piece I found them to be very friendly, honest and professional! It was easy to trust them with this large purchase. I also found their prices to be more than fair. I also purchased other jewelry from their shop and have been very pleased with the purchases each time. I highly recommend Goldsmithshoppe in Chilliwack for any of your jewelry needs! They have gone above and beyond my expectations and will definitely do business with them again in the future!
