Absolutely incredible customer service here.I was looking for a specific electrical component and couldn't find anyone with it in stock or available for order, and I had a race coming up in two weeks. I found that Gnarly Parts had what I was looking for listed on their website, so I gave them a call. They were able to order the part from their supplier and ship it to me (in another province) with time to spare! I will definitely be a return customer.

Called ahead about inventory, bought online, got a shipped email 19 minutes later, showed up in Ontario 6 days later ?? . Great experience purchasing out of province.

Very impressed, staff go out of their way to help. One of their staff members personally delivered a purchase to me on Christmas Eve. That's customer service. Their prices are competitive as well.

Yet another site that looks like they have parts in stock, but actually don't, which means that i'm missing a weekends riding.If i had known it wasnt in stock, i would have ordered from somewhere else.Only reason this isnt 1* is because the staff are super helpful on the phone, and tried to rush the shipping (to no avail).Edit. You miss my point that you indicate it's in stock, but it is not. When I called at lunchtime today I was told the part hadn't arrived yet. Which means you never had it in stock in the first place. It has nothing to do with processing time. As for the busy period... who would have thought summer Was a busy time for dirt biking? I will order elsewhere next time.

As others have said, you're best served calling ahead to ensure they have the parts in stock (the website doesn't seem to know what inventory they have). Otherwise the service is great and they even shipped my order in two parts so I that I recieved the in-stock parts within 24 hours. The prices are fair and they often stock parts that other Canadian retailers don't. Have ordered before and will order again. Just remember to call.

Poor website. Every time I order something they call me and say they can't get it or it's discontinued. Then they want you to swap it out and pay more money for the parts. Most the time they don't have it in stock so they are ordering it then Shipping it once they received it. Order form FORTNINE

I've had no issues with orders over the years. If the part is urgent, I'll call and ask the ETA. Prices are good and carry products that some other CDN retailers don't. Thanks again!

First time ordering from here. After reading reviews I figured the smart thing to do was call and make sure the product I was ordering was in stock. Seems like most people don't do that and then put the blame on the company. Anyway, the stuff I wanted was in stock. Shipped the same day I placed the order. Customer service was great. I am happy
