“Our experience in store was great. James was very thorough and knowledgeable, and was able to find us a bed that worked for our achy bodies. The delivery service however, was atrocious. The two gentleman that delivered the bed were rude, would start speaking to eachother in another language in the middle of us speaking to them, and then left extra parts and garbage all over the floor, without telling us what the parts were even for. It's unfortunate when the last point of contact for a large purchase, are these individuals that showed up for delivery.”
