They might have good customer service, but the price is really insane. I don't know why people shop here. Paying $80-$100 or more for a Chinese Alibaba impact socket is just a rip-off. Amazon, AliExpress, and even Canadian Tire still have lower prices than this company. I still remember getting my 1/2 drive breaker bar for only $15 at Canadian Tire. Here it's $70 for the same quality... Nah.
