I had my 1ton truck commercially inspected by these guys. Excellent service and very thorough. Pleasant conversations all around. I highly recommend this operation. And as a bonus you can walk right down the street and get the best German sausage in the world.

*I can't believe this place stays in business.* I wish I hadn't trusted the positive reviews. How many of them are fake? Based on how they read, I'd say many. After an expensive repair, I got back a car that was running very poorly, misfiring, and backfiring. It looked like it had been worked on by a monkey. Bolts were missing from the power steering reservoir and bracket, along with the power steering pump and other components. Bolts were mismatched, cross-threaded, and stripped. Additionally, many plastic clips for the body and trim had been broken. Mismatched, poorly connected electrical wires had been run over, under, and through places that didn’t make any sense. An air conditioning line had been bent so far to the side it caused a leak, which allowed refrigerant to escape, causing the air conditioner to stop working. The engine was running poorly, misfiring and backfiring, because the EGR vacuum lines had been connected backward. A half-decent mechanic would have caught this and fixed it in minutes, yet this shop had no clue. To top things off, when I got the car back, it was filthy, and there were dark grease stains in the carpet.

Great shop to get repairs from. Blew a brake line on my beater GMC Sierra. Looked around for a quick fix and called around 10 places. D'Cardos did give me the fastest time to get in compared to the other shops. Service was great, got the truck there and they were nice enough to give me a ride back home.
Once the truck was in, I received back a text to the inspection report in not long at all. The detail of the report was wonderful, pointed out things I've been meaning to replace. Things I know needed done. And best of all, things I didn't know..
After getting the truck back, I've driven it around for a day or two and the brakes are silky smooth and I know what I need to focus on for next repairs.
Additionally, the discussions, knowledge, kindness and caring attitude passed down from the employees to the customers is outstanding. They had no issues going over the report with me in detail.

BEWARE! SCAMMED! Long story short I came here to get maintenance done & ended up with another bill. I was advised 1 of my front calipers was seized & was informed to replace both front calipers with NEW ones. (*key word is NEW as stated on my receipt*). Not even 35,000 kms went by and find out that my calipers that were "replaced" were indeed not. My calipers still had the vehicle make FACTORY STAMP on BOTH of them. After the hefty bill of getting my braking service all redone at a different shop - I contacted D'Cardos to simply talk about the service that was done on my vehicle. I was not asking for anything to be returned to me, just simple questions regarding the parts put on my vehicle. As soon as I spoke to Rick he was standoff, rude and aggressive. Throughout our conversation he denied any wrongdoing but he did tell me this; which indicates that I was wrongfully informed/charged/scammed. He told me I got refurbished calipers. Which is not what is stated on my receipt or what was reported to me. I paid for NEW calipers. I would never approve any refurbished parts on a vehicle because to me that is just a quick fix. Therefore, if you want your vehicle fixed right and not have to worry about your car not braking on the highway - STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP! Take your vehicle to somewhere you can trust, talk to and that does honest work.

I would avoid this shop and (rick) , he is arrogant, extremely rude, to the point my girlfriend was crying after speaking with him. Over some simple questions she had about a previous repair done at this shop. She was not asking for it to be fixed or her money returned and he instantly got aggressive after being questioned on parts used by there shop. I’d get your vehicle fixed somewhere else cuz if something was faulty and you had to come back in this is not the guy I’d waste your time dealing with.
