I've been here a few times as I just moved to the area. Always liked the selection. I typically bring a friend along with a dog as there is many night walker around. Typically one of us stand outside, one goes in, grabs what we need and go are ways. Last time there was a few people hanging out, didn't cause any problems. Tonight 5 guys standing outside, slurring the words, so we brought our dog inside just beside the door as we understand the rules. No dogs but for our safety and being two girls in our 20s, we didn't feel safe standing outside. Simple walk in grab a drink and walk out. Unfortunately the cashier states we could not be inside, but 99% of companies state no loitering, I've worked in security I know how it goes. As a customer I want to feel safe. It is the cashier or the workers responsibly to call non emergency to ask the people to leave, especially people who are under the influence. Safety part really ticked me off. If something happend, would the cashier just stand there and let it happen? It's a typical thing I understand they would just lock the doors for the safety for themselves, because why is it worth the 17$ to deal with that? I have no problem waiting outside, if I don't feel threatened or hollered at. But due to the circumstances, I thought it was quite unfair as they could have called non emergency or at least say "hey, I called non emergency I called the police, there on there way. Due to policy's I need you to stay outside" No problem . I'm a very understanding person. We both are, everyone works , we all have rules. I get it. Communicate that, I'd I would have understood. I very calm when I left I was just upset that safety isn't really a thing. You vouche for no loitering, but every corner someone's standing trying to talk to you. I appreciate the random stranger at the gas sation who was filling the car up who was willing to stand with my friend while I went inside to grab my drink. It just came to show who was the priority in that situation and it was sad. To have a bunch of big men intoxicated in front of the entrance made we realize this was the last time I am stopping in.

Yeah make sure the guy gives you the cigarettes that you asked for I asked him for a pack of John players king-size rich and he told me a pack of Canadian classic rich and when I told him these weren't the cigarettes that I asked him for he told me that they were and that I was the one that asked him for the wrong cigarettes even though I've never smoked Canadian classic and I couldn't imagine asking for them ever when those aren't the cigarettes that I smoked so it's pretty ignorant of him to think that I would be so stupid to doubt myself and to think that that's not what I said because it is what I said he even asked me a second time and when he said oh can you drink logic I said no John players Rich players rich

This is an excellent place to stop for fuel and convenience items. When Circle K failed to provide stock for contest winnings the manager provided replacement products without issue.I really like this place. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, and polite.

I go to this location every other day with my kids. Whether it's for gas or slurpees as they're conveniently located downtown. The owner is always polite and asks about your day. He always has a smile and greets his customers by name or nickname. The store is always in good condition and clean. There's never a time you come in and the people who work there aren't busy at something or other in the store. I'm always being offered great deals. I don't give many reviews, but there hasn't been much great customer service in a long time, despite people struggling to maintain business. I encourage people to go to this location mainly because of the ice cream machine that's actually working 99% of the time, rofl. When it's not the owner is on top of it.

The young man that owns this store, has got to be the nicest man. He is awesome to his customers. Every time we go in there with the kids, he makes a point to say hi to them by name and ask how their day has been. Awesome customer service and always a friendly smile.

Decent place to shop at. Nice and clean store. Owner is always friendly. Don’t care about pennies or nickels. Always give away the even change. Gas is always cheaper then all over the town.

my only complaint about the circle K... there is this one tall young guy who works there that likes to rip people off, but other than that, its a pretty good little corner store! 3 out of 5 stars, only because that one guy has ripped me off a few times, he also ripped my dad off a few bucks too. but yeah, everyone else and everything else is good. i dont mind paying a little extra for things there but i dont like getting ripped off either. still, i do recommend going there if you really must, its not the worst place in chilliwack. i have been worse places, way worse... once again, its an alright little store, solid 3 out of 5 stars from me.

Great customer service! The man I spoke with was very helpful in answering questions as well as helping in finding the best hotel for my wife and I.Although with the tough neighbourhood still people here wear a good smileThey have the natural ability to understand and feel what their customers are experiencing, and they are able to meet their needs effectively. Well done!

My husband and I regularly go to this store and is our go-to in chilliwack for slushies and generally gas since they're part of the PC program. The store is always clean and staff is helpful & friendly - I've dealt with Ravi and Satnam a lot and they always go the extra mile and ask how my day or week has been and have even followed up about random tidbits I've mentioned. You don't get that very often these days!I do wish Frosters were still available on Skip, but I'm not deducting stars for that :)
