Went to apply for another credit card and the lady working there was totally unprofessional and the managers are not much better. I have now thinking about taking my business somewhere else. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

I'm currently looking at other banks/ unions.. for a "Smart" chequing account, they sure charge a lot of high fees. There are better financial institutions and options. Do your research and comparisons. Skip these scammers.

Had a great experience yesterday opening an account with Claudia! Highly recommend going through her as she was patient, kind, and efficient. All of the staff were very friendly while we waited and offered us coffee etc. 10 stars couldn’t have asked for better service.
