Alternator went on the car on the way to the interior. BCAA towed the car here and from the beginning was the best experience I’ve encountered! Not only did they not like the price of the new part that was quoted on the weekend they waited til Monday to find a better deal! Once a part was located they fixed the car in record time! Thank you so much for taking great care of a bad situation! I totally recommend Chilliwack Pro Auto!

I give them 4 star because of their pricingTheir service was amazing on my ford f-150The quality of work was very high and I'm happy with the results I have from their workWe have been sending them cars for the past couple of years and every car is being fixed 10/10Also if you have a ford and look for a dealer level mechanic they have one. Some vehicles can be tricky and not all mechanic shops have high quality people who can fix them but ProAuto does it well.

I dropped my truck off 2 months ago for 10 days. They only diagnosed the truck in that time. after calling to book it in a month prior. I approved the work to get done and told them I would be picking the truck up and to inform me when the parts came in. After a month I called to ask for an update on the parts as my truck vibrates like crazy going down the road and if very frustrating. They told me they’d call me right back with and update. It is now another month from that phone call with no update. I am now going to a different shop due to them not communicating with me, and taking forever.I did have my mustang go in for a rear diff repair and they got that done quick and easy.Would like to say the owner is a really nice guy and easy to talk to.Services: Steering & suspension replacement

I just realized that the mechanic's in this shop saved me hundreds of dollars on an unnecessary repair. I brought my SUV into another shop in town because I was hearing a noise coming from what I thought was the exaust. The mechanic from the other shop said it was coming from the gas tank and said it needs the motor replaced in the gas tank and quoted us 900 dollars for the repair I was so filled with anxiety. It's a good thing I have an extended warranty. I called pro auto and spoke to Hannah she comforted me and said we except your warranty she set up an appointment for the mechanics to check it out. It turns out it only needs about a 100 dollar repair. They charged me a very honest shop price to diagnose the problem. Thank you to all the very knowledgeable and honest mechanics that work at this shop. I will always bring my vehicle here in the future.
