It was very nice experience while working with Mitsubishi Chilliwack, specially Travis and Brandon. Both are very very helpful. I visited only twice rest all the things are done on phone because of my busy schedule.
Travis, he’s a great help to get the deal finalized and as per my expectations. He helped me on every way, even sending me the videos of car before my visit and asking my requirement so that he get the things ready at the time of delivery. On another hand Brandon also put his efforts to get the things moving.
Thank you to Travis, Brandon, Cassidy and Brett for all of there help for our new car. Thanks to Mitsubishi Chilliwack.

I had an amazing experience at Chilliwack Mitsubish. Travis was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and asked me what options I was wanting my outlander to have. They allowed me to take the vehicle home overnight so I could give it a good test. I absolutely fell in love. Kristiana the financial person was wonderful and very insightful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Thank you so much guys!!

Wandered into the dealership in Chilliwack. I had did some research on the PHEV Outlander but want to see how it felt. Met Gligor on a sunny Sunday and he was amazingly kind and professional. He allowed us the go for a test drive so both my wife and I could experience the car. We traded our car, again no hassle and a very smooth process. Gligor kept us updated in the process and ensured we were happy. 1000 kilometres later, very happy

Bought a used car from there, could not have been better. Painless, fast and amazing service from the whole staff. Super friendly and honest.
But! A special shout out to my man Gligor!!! He went above and beyond to make this experience actually kind of fun. Not the usual car find...but that's where that ended. After issues with the car, including an apparent wheel bearing problem, within the 30 days we were told we had to bring it back. The are trying to hose us. Making us pay for a repair that never should've even been sold if it had that problem. And now, the salesman Gligor who helped us and the manager Brandon are just ghosts. Won't call back after being called repeatedly. Do not shop here, while buying is nice. If you have literally any issue, they turn into ghosts who won't help. And if you guys read this, I really hope you do. It isn't over. I will get mine. It's a small town. Best of luck.

Don't go to this location thinking they will help you. They will make your warranty seem useless and try to avoid doing anything for you. This place has the worst customer service I ever saw in my life.
