Purchased a nearly new truck from Chilliwack Ford. Prior to arriving I had spoke with their finance personnel and through email I was given options to purchase some after market warranty and of course assured it was at dealer cost. I turned down offer via email and requested my bill of sale so I would have draft prepared upon arrival. After 5 days no return email from Melissa, we met her shortly after arriving to complete deal. We entered her office discussed the fact we didn’t want any extended warranty, this insulted her and we were treated with a absolutely rude attitude, she gave us her opinion of how hard she worked at this like doing us a favour. In short we wanted to walk out, Chilliwack ford near lost the deal.we would not deal with her again.
On the other hand the dealership was very good to make the purchase through. They should clean up the finance department

I took my Maverick to for some servicing and a minor recall issue. Everyone is friendly, you get a ride home and get picked up when the truck is ready to be picked up. The price was surprisingly low. I see no reason to go anywhere else. Thank you Chilliwack Ford.

I can't thank Steve and Dave in the service department of Chilliwack Ford enough for offering me every financial break they could when I was faced with a completely unexpected and very expensive engine replacement on my Ford Edge. Right down to a complimentary detailing of my vehicle the service was superb. This kind of customer service is rare these days.
