Great place to purchase a cell phone. Absolutely fantastic customer service and follow up. Friendly, helpful, supportive, easy to talk with and want to ensure the customer is taken care of. Pre-owned cell phone I purchased was shipped that day. There were some glitches with the phone, they paid to have it returned and sent a new phone along with an enclosed gift. Brian walked me through the data transfer process, followed up on all the back and forth shipping, etc. Even though I don't live in the lower mainland anymore I can't see purchasing a cell phone anywhere else ! !Thanks for your generosity and phenomenal way of doing business :)
