UPDATE: I already got it cashed at Money Mart instead so it's too late to call customer service. However it's sus when someone asks why you didn't cash it out earlier when I just didn't have time to go get it cashed. It was only a couple of weeks after I received the check not like it was six months later.---I tried to cash a check from the US and they won’t let me. But on the website it says they do. The woman who was working also interrogated why I didn’t deposit my check earlier and why I’m cashing it here. The check is from a well known company that makes cellphone screen protectors and they were giving me money back for the protector that broke. I just think she doesn’t want to deposit my check but didn’t want to say so. That last part is my assumption but they definitely didn’t take my check and interrogated me.
