I went in about 9:10 this morning. Saw a sale on tires for my van. Went to first guy that was standing behind computer behind counter(he did acknowledge me). His coworker walked buy and he said "she can help you out" as he was just staring at his computer. She asked him "what are you doing?", as she was actually noticeably busy doing something. Obvious tension and neither wanted to help(she was busy so ok). I said, "you aren't the only tire place around" and then the guy piped up, "I can give you a price, sir". No, I don't play those games when I plan on spending $1000+. I will buy my tires elsewhere because of your poor customer service and providing me with a bad experience.

Always find what I need with ease. Loving the new item locators that flash when you are searching for an item. Excellent staff and fast moving lines!

Good experience except with the Service Department.
On 2 separate occasions my Tire Pressure sensors "walked away" .
1st ocassion on All Season Tires, I went back complained and they took care of things.
2nd ocassion Winter Tires, 3 sensors were missing and I paid to have all 4 replaced with new.
I am not an expert on these tire pressure sensors but my understanding is that they can't just disappear like that , and it is through CT that I purchase my tires.

Picked up an online order. Great experience. It was a locker pickup. Scanned my online code and locker door opened where my items was.

The staff in the automotive department are so kind and knowledgeable!
They helped me figure out the correct parts for my car, and that helped a lot!
This canadian tire is really nice as well!
It's got pretty much anything you can think of for your home, automotive, and gardening needs!
Plus, the bathrooms are super nice here!

Everything is SO EXPENSIVE than other Small auto parts n accessories shop!! N if i didn't buy anything from store to the gate point The security will using a searching eyes on
me Terrible experience! Forcing people not to shop there!

The older ladies that work at the front and customer service are just plain rude and terrible. They give you attitude when you ask a question or for help and make you feel dumb. I am not sure why they work there. The younger people are nicer.

The store is huge, but they have very little active staff out on the floor, so you have to refer to the electronic directory at the front for questions.

The new location is great, staff has been helpful now and that's a nice change from the old location. Good layout with more items then ever and good prices too.

Trying to return an item that didn't like first exchanged it because box was demaged then had to come back because i did not like the exchanged item as well and she firstly told me she can’t return it because its exchanged item. Told her to show me their policy her answer was just look it at the back as their was no such policy then told me its demaged ..then returned it said she is making exception .. offering me credits which makes no sense at all. Eventually got refund, but what is wrong with u guys . If u could take it back just take it.. we are not stealing anything… staff does not know their policies at all
