I was caught in a jam yesterday and Paul really came through. This man is more than just a towing service expert. He is kind, very wise, and truly cares about his customers. It was enlightening to see there are still businesses left in this country of this nature. I could not recommend him enough. Thank you Paul, be blessed!

Was just in a parking lot walking to my car and the old man didn't see me and almost hit me with his truck, came about a 6inches from me with his front bumper causing me to jump out of the way ..then when I made eye contact he laughed. When I said hey may wanna keep your eyes open, he said he did have his eyes open and blamed it on me... Even though he was on the other side of the parking lot and he drove into my path... I did not walk infront of his... Would never recommend these guys based of that interaction with the tow truck driver.
He claims to have seen me in his response, I did not change my path or direction... I was watching him the whole time to see if he saw me, He came so close to me I felt unsafe and needed to jump out of the way... So he either saw me and wanted to scare me or didn't care he made ppl feel unsafe, either way extremely unprofessional. Instead of just slowing down waiting the 2 seconds for me to pass, he decided to do this instead. Again he came from about 50 meters away from the other side of the building into my walking path... I didn't not walk infront of him, he chose to turn into me just like he says in his response, "turned Sharply into them"
