Wanted to take a moment to thank the staff at Big O Tires help to quickly resolve a blown tire I experienced on my roadtrip through Canada. I called a few places and Big O was by far the most responsive and willing to help replace my tire and get me back on the road. They did an excellent job communicating along the way to let me know up front that they had the tire I needed available and would be able to get it done quickly. As tire was being replaced, they let me know progress and then got me back on the road as an extremely satisfied customer.

Fantastic Customer Service! I stopped in because I had a check tire alert on my camper van and Dillon was super helpful and helped diagnose the problem and get me back on the road! Highly recommend!

i just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to everyone at Big O tires! especially Kevin, for going above and beyond for me. he was very patient and took the time to educate me on tires so i could make the best decision on purchasing tires that would fit my needs. after getting the run around elsewhere and getting top-tier service today at Big O me and my husband will definitely be repeat customers! thank you again so so much! you all truly helped me make the best out of such a headache! truly appreciate you guys!

This is the only place where i did my tire changes. I discovered that my wheel bolts/lug nuts were mixed with non-factory. I explained what happened but met with resistance and customer blame.Again, my car is straight from honda factory to this establishment for tire change so there’s no way honda will put a rusty bolt on my car.Also, CHANGE YOUR FRONT DESK STAFF. Or train them to be more welcoming and customer oriented.

Kevin and Rhyan are the OG guys of the store. I have been dealing with them for the past 15 years and I can tell you 99.9% of the time you will not find anything cheaper elsewhere nor the service you get from this location!

Do not recommend this establishment for mechanical repairs. After $2,000. in parts and labour, the problem was not fixed. Recommendation was to deflect blame to customer for not spending more money on additional work. There was insufficient evidence more work was required, and more parts replacement was recommended without testing parts to see if replacement was required. If metal shavings were found in system, then the work should have stopped and not billed an additional 800. knowing shavings would cause failure of installed parts. The customer is not always right, and integrity is lacking if work and billing continues.
