Just in store in Chilliwack, they should be ashamed of themselves in this store for the terrible service. There isn't any!!!! I asked for assistance twice, stood around. Really, didn't appear to me to be overly busy. I'll go to Abottsford or Surrey or aby other town. Not this one again. I wouldn't recommend this store. !!!!

On Saturday while trying to explain to young man at the counter what product I needed, I was overheard by Kevin, a gentleman who was stationed at the door. Within minutes he had retrieved said product for me. Credit due to young man who offered Kevin's name should I wish to comment. Thanks again, Kevin. You certainly understand what 'service' means.

Sales rep with the lastname Gurpartik is the man. Came in, returned a bad OLED monitor and was having issues with my new IPS that I still need to return. He recognized me right away and brought me over for my pick up. Great service from this lad. A+ from me.

I Tried to reach Chilliwack best buy. I called, you can not talk to anybody in the store. I tried to get the mobile dept and it was a circle of push 1 for subscription or 2 for warranty with someone. nothing to reach the staff. very bad service on best buy part .

My parents had an extremely bad experience at best buy Chilliwack due to an employee named REGAN, she had no technical knowlwdge and sold a wrong tablet to them. They discovered it was an incorrect tablet only after receiving it and had to return again to have it changed by a geek squad employee TROY. Thanks to him, that the tablet was changed to the correct one. Kindly don't hire staff who has no product knowledge, it makes it very difficult for seniors to trust and shop for electronics. Bestbuy is know for its knowledgeable staff, Kindly hire staff accordingly and train them well.Hope this doesn't continue in future.

Best place to buy electronic goods in BC, met a highly skilled and dedicated sales person 'MAGGIE' , really helped me in choosing the right product ? thank you Maggie and best buy for having a wonderful sales person.

i went in with headphones on as i dont like to be inturrupted as im shopping.i got stopped by 5 employees asking if my needs were being met, and when i asked one for more details on a product they swiftly said go online as they had no clue.i wasnt looking edgy, i recommend laying off customers, and educating your staff on the products, i shouldnt have to go online or be handed your papers for any and all information.the only person there that seemed to not be on their phone and probably doing their job right was the greeter.

It was good during Covid but the customer service level has dropped considerably. Today no one was at the checkout and I was told I should have known that I should just go to customer service counter for service. This on management for not having proper signage at the check-out and bad and condescending answers from the individual at the customer service desk. Just a badly run store.

When I bought a tablet for my granddaughter I was told if I get the geek squad plan and she breaks her tablet they will replace it right there as an over the counter exchange plus it will cover all of my other computers and tablets I have purchased there. Well she broke it but now they want me to send it away to be fixed. I had my laptop and desktop computers with me and they told me without looking at them that I'd have to buy a new laptop and probably a new desktop as well. If I wanted I could leave my desktop for "a week or so" and they would look at it. It's just running slow and needs a tune up. I am canceling my subscription and wouldn't recommend this service. I will never buy another product from Best Buy ever!!!!

I have been paying into my geek squad protection plan for three years now. I bring my laptop in for a repair and sign all the necessary paperwork. They send my laptop to the service center and I do not hear back for over a month, so I reached out to them. They tell me my laptop was not able to be repaired, and I would be issued a credit for the price of my laptop to purchase a new one. I ask where my original laptop was, and they said they did not know, but would try and find out. Three weeks goes by and I reach out again. They tell me that I would not be getting my original laptop back even though I had NEVER signed it over to them. This was still my property. It is not my fault they could not fix it. I have paid for this warranty. Very unprofessional to pretty much just steal my laptop? Will not be recommending this service. Very disappointed and angry.

If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely terrible service. The worst shopping experience you could possibly imagine. Do not spend your money here ! Avoid at all costs !

Ok this is the second time I have been to this location, needed the Geek squad both times! Both times excellent service! 10 stars to the guys who helped me out working late shift Feb 14 2023 - top notch! Thanks guys!
