I came here for a TV and first time in Chilliwack and Well abit disappointed. You either had a huge sale or you were robbed. Walls upon walls of empty shelves that had TV there. The demo section was empty too , I'm guessing TVs were there. It's was sad looking and the lightning is poor too. I guess I was spoiled at Langley store.

Love my ebike gift for me on my birthday from my hubby...it is super cool to use and easy mostly my favorite ads on is the basket holder where I can get a basket and use it for my little fur baby so I can take her with me on my ebike ride...love it

Sad to have to give it 1 star. Heartbreaking, it won't all fit into 1. Sadly I have to try to do 3 to get everything :( I will add the photos to this one since I don't know if I can do 3 of these. Info on them would be in the last one. Brutally Devastating!!! :( :( :( It will only let me do one review on here and it is only 1/3 the length that I need it to be. I don't even think that the photos turned out.??.Sickeningly nope! :( I have been able to upload more than one photo before. I am really disgusted!!! Also, all of this cuts into the Horror they have done to me. It will now be much less than 1/3 of what they have done to me. It looks like only one photo showed up when there was four that were supposed to. Disgusting Google :( I beg for people, because this is how much pain I have been put through for too long, to look up my post with the Full Proper Review of best/Worst buy on my Facebook page. I am Very Sad and about this google :(.
The Horror and Extra Hell and Pain that Best Buy has caused me :( July 28
Sadly it's not bad enough that my life has been Destroyed for 3 and 1/2 years and counting :(
I will include photos since apparently people like photos. I was floored when I got an email saying the amount of people that have actually read my reviews within a 1 week period. I didn't think there were that many people in this city. NEVER GO TO BEST/WORST BUY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN ALONE who doesn't know much about technology.
Sadly there are quite a few people and a couple of organizations that were supposed to help me and not a single one would help :( They are all contributors to the extra extreme pain and the fact that there are many that I can never forgive. Not much choice then to go to Worst buy :(
I had already been without a computer for at least a month at that time. The first time I went to BB, I waited 20 minutes and got no service. Two different areas knew that I was waiting, it was disgusting service. I took a photo of a computer/price that I would have been interested in and it was on sale.
I went back a week later because I am only in that area once a week usually. I spoke to a guy and then another guy came along to help me. He was more understandable. I showed the guy what I took a picture of the last week and I was told that they would give me another computer that was more expensive but they would give it to me for the sale price that I had taken a photo of. That was decent, (only at the time time though).
There was another guy that had come over as well. It was confusing how he was describing the pricing for me. (the old computer had to be transferred to the new one). He had said one thing and then a minute later changed it to something else. My old computer had lasted 8 years. The guy said it would cost an extra $100 for something but that he would give it to me for $50. At that time I should have gotten him to write that down. I was in a rush and my time was up. So I paid for my new computer (or what should have been) and I told him that I would probably be back a week later to have things and paperwork Etc setup. This was on June 11.
As this is Another Huge Trauma in my life and too painful, I will have to stop right now and then start back another time.

I am going to try to force myself to try and suffer the extreme pain of trying to go through this again. I need to finish this and get it out. It's very hard because I barely function some days and there has been way too much pain and horrible stuff in my life for 3 and 1/2 years and Counting, close to Non-Stop :(.
When I went back on June 18, I was told that I was not allowed to speak to either of the guys that were helping me out before. The guy who was now taking over was supposedly a supervisor in the geek squad department. Best Buy Customer Service and internal processes are HORRIBLE. I have spoke to 8 agents over the last week as the website did not advise me I couldn’t use a PO address and the the courier called me to let me know they couldn’t deliver to a PO Box. I had to go through Best Buy to update the address. They told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to pass this on to the logistics team, have it approved and then for them to contact the courier. Why does it need to be approved? Why can’t you contacted the customer service agent directly? If you cannot ship to PO Boxes, why is this not listed on your website. 72 hours later, still the courier hasn’t been updated. 3 agents later, still no one has a clue what’s going on. One has hang up on me, one has lied to me and pretended to put me on hold to call the courier ( I spoke with the courier and they said it never happened / another agent at best buy confirmed they don’t have the capacity to do that ) , one promises to have a supervisor call me back which never happens.
What is going on? Why is this simple task so difficult? When am I going to get my parcel that is now a week overdue and was supposed to be a birthday present for today.
Recommendations: Their agents need to make better notes in their system, I shouldn’t have to repeat myself as often as I did. The agents need to be trained, I was told a different story every time I called, no one seemed to know what was going on or how to help me. You need to have a supervisor available for when things go wrong. You need to improve your internal communication, 48 hours to have an address update improved internally is ridiculous. Best Buy is a large company, they have the resources to improve that. Finally the agents need to actually be able to do something when things go wrong. Multiple mistakes were made on Best Buys end and the agents couldn’t make an exception to fast track the communication processes. What is the point of a customer service line if they cannot provide answers or assistance. I spoke with the courier multiple times and their level of customer service, their processes/explanations, and their ability to offer solutions was at a way higher level. I am never buying from Best Buy again, I will advise people not to and I will be looking into how I can take this further.

Visited the Chilliwack Best Buy this morning and had such a wonderful experience! Maggie and Kent were both incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and thorough with my needs and my purchase. When I explained why I was there and what I needed/was looking for, they paraphrased what I said, ensuring that we were both clear on what I was looking for. I felt zero pressure as I waited (a long time) for my data transfer and any question I had was answered well. I would highly recommend visiting the mobile department here if you're in need of a new phone.

I had a great experience Thursday, Mar 28th.I thought the store closed at 9pm that eve, but it was actually 7pm. I walked in 10 minutes before close. Staff were not put off by this as I felt bad coming in so close to closing. They were extremely pleasant and made me feel at ease, even though I don’t like being that person who walks in last minute. They helped process a return for a TV purchased online and helped me pick another. No problem.I might start shopping at Best Buy rather than Amazon more often.Good job guys.

Needed some help with a dash cam issue. Customer service called for Arthur and he helped me immediately, after the issue was resolved I had some more unexpected issues arise and he further helped me and was awesome at helping me through the process of everything. Thanks Arthur!

They've always been really helpful in this store. Today I went in and Arthur from geeksquad helped us. This guy is awesome. So knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Highly recommend him.
