“We have a 2006 Sports Coach class A motorhome.we were returning from wintering in the US and came across at Sumas, lost a serpentine belt right at the border on Easter Sunday. We limbed our coach to our RV park, contacted Mountain Pacific on Monday, Michelle scheduled the work and parts then sent Elliot to preform the work. It was a straight forward repair that had a few twists and turns. Elliot was such a caring professional who took our problem personally and made it right, a great quality in an employee these days.

“Fantastic service, and how Fountain Tire went out of their way for me! I just got home from a wonderful visit with my relatives living in beautiful Chilliwack BC. A few hours before we were to leave for the airport going home to Edmonton, I was told that the car I was driving had a flat! A neighbour filled the tire enough to get me to a nearby Fountain Tire located on 45960 Airport Rd. When I saw that there were a lot of customers waiting for their service I was in a panic as I told the young man at the counter about my emergency timeframe. I also heard his co-worker telling another lady that it was first come, first serve—I had two hours to get to Abbotsford! He said he would do his best, but it might take over an hour. I even told him I would pay double the cost, and he laughed and told me “We won’t charge you extra, everyone gets the same honest service”! Gratefully, I was out of there in less than an hour with my flat tire repaired! Not the end of my story…when I went back to my aunt’s place, I realized that the 100 dollar bill I had in my back pocket was missing. I had stuck my phone in the same pocket, and it had obviously fallen out. I had walked over to Tim Horton’s while waiting and assumed that it had fallen out on the street. I’m retired, and on a very tight budget; however, I counted my blessings for having had such kind and quick service at Fountain Tire and hoped that whoever found it really needed the funds. My mom and I got to the airport on time and were waiting to board our flight when I received a call from the owner, Shelby, Foutain Tire. He asked me if I had lost something today. Yes, I said, a $100. bill! He told me that a customer had found it and turned it in! I was so shocked that someone would even hand it in, and that a busy owner would spend time trying to get it returned. He told me he was very happy to do it, and promptly transferred the funds. Wow, just amazing; at a time when we all hear so much about war, evil, and suffering, the kindness shown to me by the service representative, the customer and Shelby truly restores my faith in honesty, kindness, and integrity. “I was visiting from out of town when my truck broke down in the same parking lot as Total Automotive. Even though it was at a busy opening time, Frank provided excellent customer service in figuring out the problem, sourcing the difficult to get parts and managed to squeeze the repair in on a busy Friday with a full schedule for the day and for the following week. Even if they couldn’t do the repairs they offered to try and find a shop that would and a tow. Luckily they were able to fix the truck and provided a very detailed report of the problems with images, repairs made, and recommendations. I really appreciated the full safety check they did as well which made me feel much safer driving the truck since the emergency repair problem could have resulted in a serious accident had I not stopped in the parking lot. Without their help and repair service I would have been stranded for days. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone in the Chilliwack area for professional, friendly and excellent service. - Sara”

“Tracy and the team at Westend went above and beyond. I had an ICBC claim for a broken window, they originally told me probably a month before it could get fixed. Tracey called me later that day and said they could get glass for the following day and could have it fixed shortly after. They also wanted to make sure my family and I could get around safely and lent us a courtesy car free of charge until our car was fixed. (Which was extremely helpful having just come out of the hospital with a newborn). I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. Truly one of the best shops around.”

“Awesome service. I had an issue with my 2003 dodge Ram where the coolant kept disappearing out of the reservoir with no leak to be found. Called around and everyone was to busy to look at it but when I called this place he was able to fit me in that day to take a look at it. I would have never guessed but it turned out just to be a cracked radiator cap. I changed it and problem was solved. Very thankful to have found this place and highly recommend it.”
“Great Place to Take Your Vehicle if You're a Woman!!I brought my Jimmy in to see these guys after another shop tried to rip me off to the tune of 2.5 times what I expected the estimate to be, and 2.5 times what it SHOULD have been!Not only was the estimate from M.A. Automotive exactly what I expected price-wise, both by the work needed and the cost of that work, but the actual work was done perfectly and for not a penny over the estimate.I'm a woman who understands and knows how to diagnose and fix computers and various other machines… including trucks and cars. That, fortunately, has kept me from getting ripped off time and again by unscrupulous mechanics who don't believe women are capable of this particular skill, but hey… if men can do it, women can do it, too.Not only did this shop NOT try to add any extras to or fudge the estimate, they treated me with respect and as if they actually believed that I understood my truck. It shouldn't be so rare in this day and age, but I'm 57 years old so I've seen my fair share of skepticism and disbelief when I've tried to talk knowledgeably to mechanics over the decades, but not these mechanics—thanks guys!I'll definitely be back for the next thing my Jimmy needs, and would feel perfectly comfortable recommending this auto mechanic/shop to all of my female (and MALE) friends and family members—the ones who live here, anyhow! :)”

“My mother in laws 2012 Hyundai Tucson broke down on HWY 1 near Hope BC. BCAA recommended we tow it to Broadway Motors where they inspected the vehicle and determined the engine was completely seized. They told me this is a known issue with Hyundais/ KIA’s and outlined the steps I could take to have this addressed via a Hyundai dealership … long story is they saved my mother in law about $6,000 as the local Hyundai dealership I dealt with as a result ( also excellent to deal with ) ended up opening a claim and replacing the engine and starter motor and billing Hyundai Canada directly, Broadway Motors only charged a nominal inspection fee to diagnose the initial problem. I can’t thank them enough for helping us as they could have profited from an engine replacement but their integrity and honesty would make me a loyal lifetime customer if I lived anywhere near Chilliwack .”
