“We have a 2006 Sports Coach class A motorhome.we were returning from wintering in the US and came across at Sumas, lost a serpentine belt right at the border on Easter Sunday. We limbed our coach to our RV park, contacted Mountain Pacific on Monday, Michelle scheduled the work and parts then sent Elliot to preform the work. It was a straight forward repair that had a few twists and turns. Elliot was such a caring professional who took our problem personally and made it right, a great quality in an employee these days.

“Awesome service. I had an issue with my 2003 dodge Ram where the coolant kept disappearing out of the reservoir with no leak to be found. Called around and everyone was to busy to look at it but when I called this place he was able to fit me in that day to take a look at it. I would have never guessed but it turned out just to be a cracked radiator cap. I changed it and problem was solved. Very thankful to have found this place and highly recommend it.”

All describe how we feel after engaging Trademasters for upgrades needed for our pickup truck used to haul a new camper. Trademasters sold and installed all the necessary new Torklift components needed for tying down my new camper on an 05 Silverado dually. They also supplied a 20k Torklift hitch to accommodate our towing needs. All of which, have preformed flawlessly, without any need for additional work or warranty concerns. If I could give Jaw Canopy more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I was leaving for a ten day excursion up north, and needed to rent a canopy. I was unable to make it out to Chilliwack from Vancouver during the week due to work, so went out on the Saturday morning of thanksgiving long weekend.
I called ahead and asked if they could wait for me (I was late to leave the city and they closed at noon) since I was leaving the next morning and would be unable to wait till the following week to get the canopy. Even though it was thanksgiving, and the boys likely wanted to go home to their families, Mike said he’d wait for me. When I got there, the canopy was on the forks, and as I filled out the paperwork, the other young buck (whose name I didn’t catch) put in on my truck, clamped it down and it was ready to go.
I can’t express my gratitude to these guys for staying open and waiting for me to arrive, to make sure my trip wasn’t postponed or ruined entirely.
I was referred to these guys by someone on Vancouver island, and now I see why. Top notch service, and more importantly, top notch men, for helping me ensure my trip was dry, and a success. I HIGHLY recommend Jaw Canopy for anyone who is looking to buy or rent a canopy. Their dedication to their customers will keep me coming back, and telling everyone I know to use them. “Valley Toyota is a very honest dealership. I had an issue after a regular service where I had to take to another Toyota shop in Kelowna. I had to pay for the repairs and I contacted Valley Toyota about the issue and the cost of repair. Brandon at Valley Toyota was very understanding. All I had to do was send him the invoice for the work performed and he paid me back for the repairs. No hassles, no pushback. I would definitely go back to Valley Toyota when I am back in the Chilliwack area for service. I would not hesitate to drive to Valley Toyota when I am ready to trade my 4 runner.
