Got there last night around 12.No food anywhere just stale old sandwiches. Gross.lame! Doesn't help that the staff have no people skills.A very rude little man. Even the pizza was so stale.

I go out of my way to go to Circle K.The level of customer service is seriously lacking. I know the location isn't the best. I'm sure employees aren't compensated enough to deal.with what they endure there.I've been to this location multiple times and I'm lucky if the cashiers look at me let alone greet me. Actually I will say that the younger girls who work there are usually always nice.I came in one afternoon to grab smokes. The lady working there was scanning some stuff for a skip order. But she didn't say hi or ill be with you in a moment. Thats the very least i would expect. Then as I ask for smokes she says do you have id?I did. But she took it and scanned it for a minute looking at it and me again and again. I said I was just st the BC liquor store where they ask for 2 pieces (funny thing is they didn't even id me) I didn't appreciate being made to feel like I was committing some fraud for one pack of smokes. Its not the presenting of the id i was even upset about. It was the lack of customer service. No greeting and making me wait then embarrassing me. I've worked years in customer service. Actually at Starbucks where homeless people where allowed inside to use wifi and get free water or use the bathroom. We were taught to treat everyone the same way despite circumstances.I just notice very clearly anyone working there never looks happy.Where as I can go to circle K where I get greeted and asked about my day. And they have to deal with the same kind of shengains outside their location too.What I would say in terms of customer service that I learned is greeting someone and connecting about their day goes a long way..and if there is an issue its all about how you say it. Its in the delivery. Just wanted to take the time to give some constructive criticism. If anyone actually reads these lol.

my hometown sev. my favourite sev. certified hood sev. always an entertaining time visiting this location. don’t let the sketchy people outside bother you. there’s two types of people that visit here the drunks and the highs on whatever you smoke. they don’t bother me at all cause i have one thing and one thing only on my mind visiting this location and that’s the hot food. 5 stars every time

they have their ? and down ? days the same as anyone but overall they have great coffee and great food, great service, the staff are very friendly and helpful in any way possible
