Worst customer experience ever faced with a dealership. Very unprofessional approach towards customer regarding quotes and responses etc. Extreme lag and delay in providing basic requested information and comes up with silliest excuses for delay caused. Not satisfied with the dealership at all and will never go back again.

Stay away. Worst service I've ever had and I've had Honda's for years. They grossly overcharged me and added an additional charge above the original estimate. I hate Can Tire but go to them for any parts you need. Have filed a complaint with Honda Canada as well.

Credibly disappointed with the service here. I brought my car to replace steering wheel box spring. They required that I leave the car for the hours to run tests and confirm the diagnosis. Once confirmed I brought in the car again and left for four days while being away to get it fixed. Returned and the dashboard lights were still on. They then said they need to rerun the diagnosis for another three hours to figure out what else may be the trouble? They were the same dashboard lights that were on before? What did they do the first time they run the diagnosis? I wasted so much of my time here getting bad service. Very disappointing.

Not happy. Among other things, I was given quote with taxes included that I agreed to and told them to proceed. When I went to pick my vehicle up, the amount I was charged was WAY more than what I agreed to. I wouldn't recommend or trust what they tell you. What was in the very 1st quote was a RIDICULOUSLY exorbitant amount. Being a machinist for 7 years myself and my uncle taught College auto mechanics for over 20 years, I was acutely aware that this person didn't know what they were talking about. I also questioned one of the salesman and he should have been a gypsy (vague and round about answers that didn't really mean anything), but he DID have confidence. I will never go there again, nor do I recommend it, unless you like being hosed.

Recently purchased a Sprinter Van from these guys, I dealt with Solus and Alex during my inquiry to purchase. We had a couple hiccups with communication in the beginning, but was quickly sorted out. Everything was done remotely as I am located in Alberta - They were able to provide video walk around of the vehicle, Carfax, Pre-Delivery Inspection report & any other documents I requested, including making a couple changes to the bill of sale. Alex & Solus had the van set up for delivery and I received the van within 48 hours of them telling me she was on a truck. The windshield received a pretty big crack on the drive out to which Alex quickly took care of for me. Overall I am very impressed with their customer service.

Had my catalytic converter changed on my Cadillac through them they were FAST, FRIENDLY, AFFORDABLE. Great crew they have there. Tracy was great fitting me in on short notice and they were super carful with my car keeping it clean (no dirty fingerprints) which i very much appreciate! High fives all around!!

Don't buy used cars at this dealership. On March 2023 my husband and I bought a 2016 Tucson plus a 2 year warranty. Unfortunately, in December 2023 the catalytic converter failed. And we weren't told that it wasn't covered by the warranty. We had to buy a new catalytic converter. Today the SUV failed again and probably is the transmission. Here we are paying for something that doesn't work.

After a car accident, our car was gone. We asked the community for help, and Mike, the GM, reached out to us, gave us his personal number, and listened to our situation after hours! He got his sales manager, Alex, to help us out in the next business day. Alex got us a car that suited our lifestyle and budget for us to drive back in the same day. He was knowledgeable, open, and honest to all the questions and concerns we have. Then the friendly sales rep, Solus patiently gave us a detailed rundown on how the car works to ensure we drove away safely with comfort.
We would recommend anyone to come here and shop for new or used vehicles.
