Your hours still display open till 5pm. Closing time was reduced to 4:30pm and now 4pm. CIBC account security is at an all time low. The fraud department struggles to keep up with current scams. The tellers have always been nice, unfortunately kindness does not protect our assets.

Checked their open hours on Google, says they close at 5pm today. Husband drove 30 mins to get there at 4,45pm and hours on the door say they close at 4pm!!!!! BAD BUSINESS practice to not be able to update their hours on google, if they can't even do that I now am concerned about banking with them.
