“Just going to say sales and service was great but suspect they need more loaner cars given they service a wide RURAL area. My car (11,000km) has a non functioning battery and could be towed in, but they are too busy for a week to see it. They 'might' get to it if its towed in but then I'm without a vehicle for a week , I can't even go to the store to get milk and don't have transport in case of emergency. . No loaners are available. As someone who lives rurally, I must have transportation and it would be $900 to rent a car for that time. (what am I doing? a lot of honda roadside assistance boosts and the next time it's boosted, I will go and buy a booster) Whole situation could be solved with a couple more loaner cars.”
