Recently moved here from Courtenay. The Courtenay Woofys blew us away! The staff always made us feel welcomed and were friendly, helpful and hard working. So, of course we were thrilled to find a Woofys in Campbell River!
After half a dozen visits, unfortunately it's become clear that our retail experience in Courtenay is an isolated one.
While the store itself has consistently been well stocked, clean and tidy... the staff are distant, rarely ask if we need help and have yet to put our purchases into the bag we offer.
The difference between the 2 locations is remarkable. Whenever possible, we now try to save our Woofys visits for when we go to Courtenay.

Woofy's has a great selection of food products, toys, and so much more. Staff are fantastic and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Happy group of people that make you feel welcome when you enter their store. Biggest bonus is that you are allowed to bring in your animals, and the staff are so amazing with the animals. Top notch business at Woofy's in Campbell River.

Awesome store, super friendly staff, took my dog in for a u bath after camping this weekend and couldn't be happier with the service. Pricing was amazing, for a u bath and a bone it was less then $14. Can't recommend it enough!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. They know their stuff and treat the dog like a prince evertime even though he tries to pee on the merchandise. Dog likes the store more than me. He gave them 6 outta five stars.
