Whoever is working till 1 this afternoon. Needs to have a definite attitude check. Noticed the price was a bit high so politely asked to have items removed from the list. Scoffed at me then threw the receipt at me... 100% not impressed with this kids lack of manners and customer service.

I was shopping in the Campbell River store today. One item I wanted to purchase was Johnsonville Brats because in the flyer they were BOGO. When I went to self checkout, they did not ring up that way. I asked the attendant who said he’d check. He went back to the meat department I assume, but when he came back he said they’re not on sale. I declined to buy them thinking I must have misread the flyer. When I got home I checked the flyer and there they were, buy one get one. The flyer was ending today. I suspect the employees need some more training!

Very bad customers service when u need help and trying to pay them the lady said u might not have enough to buy the others ! I say wat did y just say how can y say that! It’s so rude I’m trying to get my others cards out! Anyway started to have a bad early morning with this lady work in customer service! Should help me in stead complaining with too much work ! Just wish they can be polite and nice to their customers!

We went there to get the chicken thighs they advertised on a good sale price and we could pick up our other groceries at the same time. I had spent quite a bit of time picking up items when I got to the meat. They had lots of other expensive meat not on sale, but no chicken thighs. I asked the nice man in the meat department and he said they were gone in a couple of hours after they arrived. He said they don’t ever send enough sale items. It makes me mad when stores advertise and then don’t adequately stock a sale item. They bring you in to buy their sale items. How convenient for them. Doesn’t encourage me to make them my regular store.

Due to some recent, ongoing medical issues I have resorted to ordering my groceries online for delivery in order to help my recovery.
My first order one of my family members was there to receive because I was in the hospital and when I got home the next day I found out I was missing half of my $400 order.
The second order I was given 2 rotten bags of potatoes. It wasn't hard to tell...the smell was atrocious.
The third order I was charged for items that I didn't receive.
PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

I just spend $200 at that store, yet they could not even provide a bag for those groceries. I find that to be very disrespectful to those of us who spend our hard earned money at a store only to have to provide our own bags.
