The store is clean and organized, and staff are usually friendly and helpful. Prices can be a bit higher than some competitors, but the quality—especially in produce and meat—makes up for it. The pharmacy inside is convenient if you need prescriptions or quick health items while shopping. Parking is easy, and the location is central, so it works well for a full weekly shop or just grabbing a few things.”
“I went into Joes pharmacy to get a cane! I LOVED the pink one and I was really wanting to get the one I seen! Unfortunately we were unable to adjust it which because it was stuck, this meant it wouldn’t be usable for me. They suggested we come back on the Tuesday for a brand new one that they we’re going to order for me but I was really hoping for the pink one as I would have had to get a different one as I needed it right away. They tried everything to get it apart and they were SOOO accommodating! Right before we were about to leave we finally got it undone!! It has been the best cane so far and the women who helped me taught me how to buy a different bottom attachment that would make me feel safer in weather conditions. I am so grateful!! 5 stars for sure!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Impressive return policy and customer service.
I had purchased a heavily discounted electronic item in Alberta, opened the package, and learned that it was not compatible with my device. The associate said that they would have to write-off the item because it had been opened.
They still refunded me even though it was my responsibility to know what my device should have been compatible with.

“Dec 16th at about 8pm I ran across an incredible pharmacist .He was about 45 years old with an accent and dark hair. He went over and beyond to help me with a prescription. Not to mention he was swamped at the time. I am so grateful for this person. Keep your eyes for this person He is awesome ?”
“Service was terrific! The one assistant was very understanding and willing to listen and get my prescription when she could. She was more than wonderful to speak with, which was surprising as from former experiences with pharmacies, they have not been the most pleasant. But going in there understanding how busy they actually are, I was expecting the worse, but this wonderful young lady completely changed my outlook. Bravo!”
