The customer service is great, although I rated it only 4 stars for nitpicky reasons - they are so over staffed sometimes, that it can just feel a bit smothering in certain departments when I’m asked a few times within 10 minutes if I need help when I’m just looking, but truly that’s not a big deal”

“I went into Joes pharmacy to get a cane! I LOVED the pink one and I was really wanting to get the one I seen! Unfortunately we were unable to adjust it which because it was stuck, this meant it wouldn’t be usable for me. They suggested we come back on the Tuesday for a brand new one that they we’re going to order for me but I was really hoping for the pink one as I would have had to get a different one as I needed it right away. They tried everything to get it apart and they were SOOO accommodating! Right before we were about to leave we finally got it undone!! It has been the best cane so far and the women who helped me taught me how to buy a different bottom attachment that would make me feel safer in weather conditions. I am so grateful!! 5 stars for sure!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Dec 16th at about 8pm I ran across an incredible pharmacist .He was about 45 years old with an accent and dark hair. He went over and beyond to help me with a prescription. Not to mention he was swamped at the time. I am so grateful for this person. Keep your eyes for this person He is awesome ?”
