Came in and spent almost $200 on a bag of dog food only to be treated extremely rudely by the girl that was working- to the point that I didnt buy anything else that I had planned to get and will not be coming back to shop there again. When I asked the girl if she could recommend any dental dog chews, not only did she seem annoyed, but she said "No, they're just like toothpaste. Like I have an eating disorder so I buy the kind that makes me throw up." The most inappropriate, unhelpful and disgusting comment that I've ever heard from a person whose receiving business from me that helps pay their wage.

I just tried to give my dog a bath who rolled in something on the beach. I entered the store and asked if they had a dog wash and just mentioned my dog needs a rinse, she was on the beach. And I wanted to give her a bath and the lady wouldn't let me in to use the bath tub she said I had to rinse my dog off first? ….. I was just in shock because isn’t that what you being your dog there to do??She didn't have any visible clumps, or anything or anything that was smeared . And isn't that what bleach is for and cleaning supplies to clean the bath tubs??I was coming to rinse my dog off in the dog wash Karen.... that's what it's for.!! Chick was a total B WORD and extremely RUDE.

Drove past this store....200 times without seeing it? I googled a specific dog food and it gave me this location. I googled the location and....bingo! Great selection, staff who don't appear to hate their life and nice layout. It's my new store!

Super friendly staff that know where stuff is in their store. They'll absolutely remember your dogs name, even if it is just because she likes to pee in their store.the prices can be a bit nuts, but that's just pet stores. I've been shopping at Bosleys for longer than it's been owned by Petvalu and will continue to visit as long as they keep treating their staff well and keeping a good variety of items in stock (that isn't only the over priced house brands)Keep up the great work.

Beware online/website product reviews! Purchased a product online recently (aquarium gravel) at a cost of $100+. Weeks later discovered it was TOXIC and killed one of my crayfish and almost killed a very expensive fish I imported from Thailand. I wrote a product review on their website and they took it down! Only positive reviews are allowed apparently, so now I know to NEVER trust the reviews on their website again. Buy elsewhere.

Great place! My dog loves coming here. I like that they have a self serve doggy wash station that includes shampoo and conditioner! $10 for a wash is great ?

Helpful and friendly staff. The pet wash station is an awesome part of the store as it's great to be able to wash and dry my dog whilst standing up in a nice, clean environment.
