This has got to be the filthiest dump of a store in the willow point area. Both inside and outside are disgusting. Clean up your mess, your store is a disgrace to this community

I’m a companion and went in with a 90 year old man and asked if he could use the washroom. I offer the purchase something as I understand washrooms are for customers. The lady at the till was extremely rude. She told us to get out and go to Tim Hortons. I was asking very politely, he had to go badly and I was worried my client was going to have an accident, I tried explaining but was met with indifference and a total lack of basic humanity for this poor fellow. He’s 90 years old and has some health issues, he shouldn’t have to wet himself for no good reason. We’d come to town so he could enjoy the opening day of the chainsaw carving across the street. I was left in utter shock by the behaviour of the lady at the till, it’s completely uncalled for.

Awful, prices are wrong, they have ‘old’ promotions posted but when you go to pay it’s not anymore, staff rude and without knowledge, I now they are majority with work permit but at least have a bit of empathy and knowledge about what you sell.I will go back only because its near home but if i can evade this place I will.

No sense going there for cigars or cigarillos. Nobody seems to know what they are and had to be talked into showing me what they had. At first, only offered a pack of cigarettes and refused to show me anything else.

It's a 7-11 Fer goodness sake.The new coffee service is remarkable, though.Decent road Java, inexpensive refillable cups and refills for a $1.00!!!Irresistible!

As convenient as 7-11 might be For that midnight craving , I still feel they lack in involvement with their customers.Hot food is never out or well least when I’ve gone at 2am ; the people who work during the night shift aren’t always pleasant “if you hate you’re job” maybe don’t work there ??♂️
