We bought an electric Zwilling Kettle, that after 3 years of daily use stopped working. It had a five year warranty, so we brought it to the Metrotown Zwilling store, thinking they would send it in for repair and we would get back it in 4 - 6 weeks.The sales people at the Metrotown Zwilling store were very helpful and friendly. They tested our kettle on the spot and then sent us home with a brand new one. Over the years we've had warranty claims with other manufacturers and it was always quite a hassle. What a difference, we were really impressed!

Please don't buy the vacuum pump.If you buys it and it breaks by itself then you will have to pay for it.I bought the pump and used it for less than 4 months but it already got broken.The battery won't get charged so I can't use it.But Zwilling told me that if I want to get it fixed I need to send then it and they won't pay for the 50$ return label under the warranty policy. In addition, the money I spend to buy the multiple sub parts needed for the product have gone to waste. What if the product you bought was the fault of Zwilling but like us they won't pay for return label and also not even get it fixed or replaced if you don't have the warranty. It'd be better to just buy off of a no name brand, they'd give you better service.

Don't trust this product. I purchased a set of pot for $850 and it was not worth at all. Very bad quality and they don't have return policy if you are not happy with the product quality. Don't buy this brand!

Long hair guy is very rude. I went there to ask my wok 3 months ago because it is scratched and it is burnt very easily even though I used it silicone utensils. Lady clerk asked me to bring it and she will send to their warehouse to check it whether it is under warranty or not. However, this guy didn’t listen to my voices and said it is not under warranty and we cannot do anything. I asked that you can send it to check but he denied by only his opinion. I’m not going to buy their brand wok anymore. It is easily broken and absolutely doesn’t seem to pay enough. I used only 4-5 months and it’s garbage.

Very unsatisfy!To their product and warranty issues.I bought an iron cast pot for soup last ChristmasYesterday we notice the bottom of interior turns to grey colour and cause our concern.I contacted Amazon and they direct me to zwilling. Ended Up, I was told to send this 15 pound weight pot to Ontario from Vancouver by my own cost.Until I asked the customer service whether I can go to my local store so that they can send it for me.Then it is the best way Right.You can tell how helpful their customer service?!Local store manager somehow told me that it was caused by high heat and grey colour looking is normal. :(Even if I sent it to Ontario - takes up to 8 weeks to give me answers thus they are very likely to send it back to me. Why anyone wants to waste time like thisNo new replacement at all.It is a iron pot which is mainly for making soup and how can I cook it in low very heat ?! It must have the power to reach high heat eventually right.After all the above, I called Amazon again to express my concerns and Amazon actually gives me a free shipping label. And once they receive it. They will get me full refund.As a result, I don’t even want to visit the Zwilling store ever again.

I will never buy anything from Zwilling anymore. Not from the store nor online. They don’t provide any customer service and they don’t accept returns if you open it. Make sure that you really want the product before you buy it. I bought a stainless steel set and I wanted to return them after the first use because the quality was so cheap, everything sticks to it and stains will remain on the surface after washing them and when I told them this issues they provided me with ridiculous recommendations about what to do each time you want to use the product. Most stores accept returns in Canada, they don’t.

Edit: The reopened store looks fuller with more items.Temporarily closed to soon reopen directly across the way (to the previous post office location besides Indigo Chapters). Have always found some good deals on quality items supported by friendly staff.

Henckelsat the Metrotown Centre location , BurnabyThe cookware is very high priced .At the Aberdeen Centre location in Richmondthere's a sale going on up to 80% offThe manager there , he treats his employeesterribly , expects alot out of them and sometimes having to stay late to bring in shipment and unloadHe's a real ' blow hard ' of a manager , youdefinately would not want to work for
