“I am so happy that I ended up choosing to go shopping at Riviera for my grad dress! From the moment we entered the store, the staff were welcoming and helpful. As someone that is more on the curvy side, they did have some options for me to try on and assured me that they would be able to order the dresses in the right size and colour. I ended finding the perfect dress for me that made me feel like an absolute princess. Their in house seamstress who has been working on grad dresses for 54 years and is absolute magic. She is currently making serious alterations on the bodice of my dress so it will fit my curves perfectly. I am looking forward to going back for my fitting!”

“Often walk by this store. Went in the very first time last week as I spotted an item out on display. I was somewhat intimidated - but as soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the lovely ladies on the floor. I was not pressured nor followed nor ignored, BONUS! As I was looking around, one of the staff asked me if I was looking for anything in particular - I mentioned the display at the front and which garment I wanted to look at more closely. Another lady helped by finding the garment, suggested I try on & it was perfect! There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Guess what, I bought it!! Wore it to work & I received so many compliments. Stylish, well made, price fit my budget (it was on sale with an additional mark down!). So happy.”

I went to the mall to meet a friend for coffee on a Sunday and noticed the displays, great colors and lovely layered outfits put together with great accent jewelry, I could not resist, they found all the sizes I needed and made great suggestions for outfits, I spent $400 as they had such great outfits!”

“Recently made an online order through the online Marks Work Warehouse store that was not delivered. We were also not notified before it was sent back to Ontario by UPS.
Online customer service refunded us and gave us a $60 online order promo code. They told us that we could make an online order at a local store that could be delivered there. However, they said that we would be required to make an online order rather than make the purchase in-store to use the promo code.
This Mark's location not only allowed us to use the online promo code in-store instead, they also let us apply this promo code to the current sale price of the jeans we ordered. They had the proper sizes in store, and we were able to make our purchase then and there.
The workers at the store were beyond friendly. They were incredibly helpful, very efficient, and helped us resolve a frustrating situation immediately. Very happy with the experience! Thank you, Market Crossing Mark's Work Warehouse!”
