“I've been coming to Rachel to get my clothes altered for years and she is incredible at her job. She's done all sorts of alterations for me - pants hemming, shortening sleeves to more complex suit and dress tailoring. I've always had a great result and been happy with the work. Prices are reasonable given the amount of work required. Would suggest coming in person vs. trying to call as she's typically busy. If she turns you away because there is a line just come back a bit later. She doesn't have a formal receipt process but you can ask for an itemized list and pay either at drop off or pick up. Would recommend her work over anyone else in the area!”
“These women are amazing, I had so much help from them. I went to the mall to meet a friend for coffee on a Sunday and noticed the displays, great colors and lovely layered outfits put together with great accent jewelry, I could not resist, they found all the sizes I needed and made great suggestions for outfits, I spent $400 as they had such great outfits!”

Needed a wedding suit for my Dad and was pleasantly surprised by the fit and feel of the suits at RW & Co. Philippe was incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond to track down sizes and make sure my Dad was outfitted with exactly what we need!
We spent all day looking at various suit outfitters at Metrotown, mainly Moores, Indochino, Tip Top, Banana Republic, etc. RW & Co ended up having the best fitting suits at an unbeatable price.

“I know this sounds crazy but it was my first time at this store and I never wanted to leave! This place has something for everyone but on this day I decided that the only person that mattered was me (for once in my life) and I took full advantage of that! I purchased some of the softest, coziest, fashion forward clothing I've seen in a long time at very reasonable prices and the staff was lovely. I will definitely be back!”
“I ordered size 27 of this utility skirt online, but it was way too big to wear. I thought size 27 means the actual size of the waist and the online store doesn’t tell the product size. The actual size is 31 inches. I brought the skirt to the Metrotown store. The price went up by $20. But the staff was extremely helpful to reorder size 24 for me for the same discounted price as I originally ordered. I received the skirt size 24 today. It’s beautiful! Although it’s still a little bigger but it’s acceptable. Thumbs up for the good service? I would however suggest that Vans public the actual product measurements of each size to avoid unnecessary returns and exchanges.”

“My wife and I are happy to share the great experience with Mr. Teddy Chen in the Weekend MaxMara store in Metropolis Burnaby BC location store.My wife bought the black padding jacket but unfortunately, she found out some issue immediately so she contacted to sales person to solve the problem but not much supportive after sales so my wife was so worried about it because we need to come back to home in US at tomorrow. Fortunately, my wife could reach out Mr. Teddy Chen over the phone. although Mr. Chen was not sales person for my wife's jacket. he took care of everything for my wife to solve the problem with endless smiles. It was so amazing experience. we never met this great sales person in any store in US, Canada, ASIA, and even Europe. “i walked into rivieras for the first time a few weeks ago. there were amazing dresses i was in awe. as soon as we walked in a very kind helpful saleswoman recommend some dresses i was into and sat my aunt and uncle into a very comfortable seating area to observe. i tried on a handful of dresses and i had one dedicated sales women to help us with pinning the dresses so they would fit properly. she even gave me some jewelry to compliment the dresses. we were amazed with the costumer service that yesterday after giving some thoughts on the dresses we came back! once again we had the same sales lady along with some other of her co workers help out and they were all super generous and honest. after going to a different store to try on dresses this place is a step above. i felt like a princess! ps. left with a gorgeous dress that day! love you guys!”
