Today was my second time there. This location has the best customer service out of all 4 Wolseley locations I’ve been to (Burnaby, Poco, Langley, Abbotsford, in that order from best to worst). Shout out to Jeremy in particular who helped me out both times.
A lot of Wolseley locations won’t pay any mind to you if you’re not a pro plumber. But not all of us are still in the trade,. Jeremy at burnaby treated normal cash sales like me with dignity and respect.

I needed a small adapter for my bidet. The technician went all his way to help me find one at another supplier’s as Wolseley didn’t have anything in stock. They will do anything to help you! I am very grateful! Highly recommended for any plumbing needs! Thank you, Wolseley! And did I mention how organized and beautiful the store is!

I had ordered a sort of unusual part online from another store and got the wrong size. Drove awhile out of my way to try and exchange it but no luck. I ended up getting directed to like 4 different stores around the area and when I got here the staff was actually really helpful and friendly, unlike the other shops who didn't know anything about PVC, and or treated me like I was dumb.Got there and it was a relief on top of a bad day. Plus they had doughnuts and coffee, and the guy actually got me the part I needed for free.Mad respect.

Really helpful staff. They had exactly what I was looking for. They had to order a faucet in for me but it came in the next day. And thry had free coffee and donuts when I was there.
