It was a terrible experience. There was a coordinator named Soha who was so aggressive and did not know any thing about customer service. I wanted to return an item I bought from that store but surprisingly she did not accept. My item had TJX Euro tag inside and she did not accept it and accused me that I am lying and I did not buy it from there.

Apparently, return policy has changed after renovation. I got a gift with no receipt. I know they can limit or refuse at their discretion. Once, I could return it with no problem. Now, they will refund only half of the price tag.

I don’t visit this location often but had chance this couple weeks. Me and my partner visit few times for last few weeks. We found one nice jacket, was going to purchase it but guess what? They put the tag thru the synthetic sleeve….every single one of it on the same styles. Sad, end up leaving empty handed. Maybe educate your employee how to properly sensor tag it.

Nothing wrong with the store but not the best store if you are trying to buy mens clothing/shoes...everything I come in the mens shoe section seems to get smaller and smaller ...there is only one rack for mens shoes now

Randomly can find very good stuff with fair price. Gotta visit very frequently though as they don’t carry high quality stuff all the time. Good ones when they come, they go very quickly

Pay attention at checkout and your receipt charges, didn’t realize until I had to return items at another store that I was charged twice for a shirt, out $30.

Best place to shop garments and house holds in Vancouver. Almost all brands at 50% discount. You need to be lucky to find your size though.

Customer service here has dropped significantly. Recently I went there and person who was helping me at the cashier, couldn't find the tag in the cloth I brought and asked "Didn't you notice it wasn't there?" in an interrogative manner. I said no. And then they didn't care to scan the TJX card. I asked them if they could scan it please and they said they can't scan it anymore as it's already paid and they cannot revert it. Then I asked if there's a difference by not scanning it and she said there's no difference. But when I looked at the receipt it says if you don't have the TJX card scanned then the refund only applies to 10 days. At the very least they should have explained it to me. Or they should have returned and scanned the items again. While it would have taken an extra few mins would have made things much clearer. Overall a bad customer service.
