Not the best selection. They don’t change the status of your grocery pick up order to “picked up” as they do in other locations. So if you need to return an item that they didn’t pick right, the return process is not as easy.

Another review on *Nov 29, 11:30 am*The customer service manager, Sayd, lacks empathy and customer service skills. I was here to purchase an area rug which was showing a different price online, however the price was showing different at the checkout counter. When i seeked help from the cx service manager, Sayd, it showed different on his scanning device. The product was same, with difference in pricing, and i was okay to cancel the product at the store,and order online.The manager, Sayd, started arguing to prove his point that the price shows up on his device is the correct and what i see online is wrong. I understand at times walmart system takes time to update the pricing, and there must have been discrepencies in pricing on different channels for that product, but what I expect is a good customer service and a polite communication. Sayd clearly lacks empathy, patience, courtsey, good communication, and is an aggressive speaker. He definitely seem to be not open for any feedback, and lacks listening skills.Previous review on *Date Oct 23, 9:00 pm pst*The pharmacist who was avaialble at walmart pharmacy at 9:00 pm pst, Oct 23, lacks customer service and patience. I was there with my 2 years old toddler, and was seeking her advise on the medicines. She was making faces, was pissed and staring at my 2 yo son just bcz he was over simulated and screaming at that time. As a front line employee in healthcare, i appreciate if she could have patient, empathy and cx service. She was the main pharmacist with a support pharmacist. The support pharmacist was good though, and helpful.

I went to the electronic department and I was helped by a young man named Ryan. I cannot believe how patient he was with me and he put in an incredible amount of effort to help me with my new phone. On many occasions I have witnessed him be the exact same way with several other customers. It’s seems as if everyone that walked by knew him by name because of how helpful he has been with them. He is such a wonderful person. Thank you SO much for your help Ryan!

I prefer to shop at this Walmart over others. They are consistent with rotating produce, and groceries. They have lots of great deals, especially on their Walmart branded foods.They also- more so in particular- have a few wonderful staff, that have been around for a while which is nice. Rachel, Imran and June. I have seen they over the years and they are consistently friendly, efficient and helpful!Im always so glad when I see one of them working.Thank you so much you guys- you truly make a difference- providing such a better shopping experience!!

2 disgusting instances ive had with the branch and so after today, i decided i wont be nice to these people anymore.First experience, i just gave birth so bear in mind that i was having some serious postpartum difficulties. I was looking at some formulas and being a new mother, i didnt really know which is which. Unfortunately i had to ask this probably ukranian or russian old woman for some help if the formula will be restocked ANY TIME SOON. I didnt expect any specifics. She felt the need to mock me and respond, maybe we'll have it tomorrow, maybe later, maybe next week, maybe next month, maybe next year. This is how uneducated and low this woman was. I hope she doesnt have kids and grandchildren who would have kids of their own and experience this kind of behavior that i got from this idiot.Seconds instance, went there today Oct 29th. I needed some help to reach a whipping cream at the back. I saw this indian guy with a long hair thats tied in a bun so i asked him if he could get it. I made a joke that my arms are short, on a normal day, that comment wouldve been taken as "the customer trying to be friendly with you" approach. But instead after he handed me what i needed, he said you explain too much. Wow. Just wow. What kind of staff does Walmart hires?? Insulting a customer?? A customer who's generally paying for your wage in order to survive in this country. How ungrateful and cunning these staff in walmart could be. There's no customer service, no etiquette, no manners with their staff.I reported this incident over the phone but it doesnt surprise me that another indian fellow answered my call. Took the details (i hope so) but he didnt bother to get my name or contact to get back to me if there's any updated. He sounded very scripted. Anyway i dont have to be nice to these staff anymore, they're all the same kind. If you ever feel that you want to ruin your day, please go to this store. I guarantee you, they'll make your blood boil in no time.

This is the worst store to shop. Associates/Managers are so rude. They will not even honor their policies. They'll argue and try to prove you wrong in every possible way. Associates are there not to help you but to create more problems. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

I went to buy formula for my baby. Walmart usually keeps baby formula in a glass case and it's always locked. When I saw that the door was closed, I was looking for the personnel to open the door. But there was no one around. I went to the cash register. When I asked to send someone, Mrs. Handi just looked at my face mockingly and did not say anything. and nodded. I went back to the baby section and waited. And my baby was crying a lot. I saw that no one came again. I went to the counter again and asked. Send someone to open the door so I can take the formula. I came back and my baby was hungry, she was crying a lot. I saw again that no one came. I called the supervisor. SHe answered me very badly. And he made fun of me in front of people. SHe did not pay attention to my words at all. If you see my baby crying a lot. ....!! SHe didn't even apologize. On the contrary, she wanted to attack me. SHe answered very badly. please please Employ personnel who respect the customer. I was not a secret at all. And especially, I had gone shopping with my baby, not fighting. My complaint was about the young lady who was in customer service and said I was a supervisor. But she didn't even know about the situation inside Walmart. And sometimes I brought the formula home. I saw that the door was open, and this made me even more upset. But because my baby had cried a lot, I couldn't go back and return it. ..!!!!

Rude Filipino guy with a yellow vestI innocently walked in at 10pm without any knowledge of it closing at 11pm. He tells me they’re closed I politely asked oh ok just tonight? And he tells me since July. Which is odd because I’ve shopped here during the summer around 10pm before in august. Anyway not important, he then proceeds to kick me out rudely by saying “there’s the door, go on now.” I wanted to tell him off that his parents must be proud of him wearing that yellow vest stuck in a dead end menial customer service job but I decided to just post it here.

Bought boneless skinless chicken, on two separate occasions. it started to smell so vile, stunk up our fridge… days before it’s best before date …. The one we threw out tonight was dated Sep 8 as it’s BB date (it’s the 4th). What a waste of money. they’re selling poisonous food. I wonder how well they do with food safe…

Customer service is very rude and unprofessional. Geez I can’t believe they put employees in customer service that doesn’t know how to be polite and helpful. Most of all, doesn’t know to handle problem solving. It’s Ridiculous! OMG ?

Today. I called the customer service at 909am. Whoever she is did not want to to her job by checking which store has it. She did not even want to give me her name so that I can give a good report or feedback about Walmart's customer service. Anyways just want to let u know that the customer service hates her job by not giving customer service. If you hate your job just quit or fire her. Lol

The standard LIVING WAGE in BC is set around $24 an hour, this is just enough to survive with basic needs. Yet Walmart is paying their managers $16-$18 an hour. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY THEY WORK HARD. Walmart is unethical and they take advantage of the most vulnerable people such as Women, immigrants, people with disabilities, and all other marginalized groups. I encourage everyone to leave reviews that matter. Stand up for the most vulnerable!!!! It’s time to wake up!!! It breaks my heart to hear from their own employees how much they struggle to support themselves.

Given the location and the large number of customers due to being next to the mall, the store has a lot of visitors. However, it is still well organized and is running smoothly, thanks to the hard working staff and management. Thanks!

Customer service rude and obnoxious. Treating reg. Customer like dirt due to losing a receipt & wanting to return outdoor unopened garbage bags. So I have this feeling of not wanting to offer even a smile to Walmart employees in future. Lowering myself to their level? Bad taste. Maybe their culture finds this acceptable?

25 mins to get a pair of work boots, whatever you don't buy them at this location, they have a policy that you need the other boot, so need to find someone to help you.
