“Found a commercial truck online from repo. We came from Kelowna. We talked to Marvin and he was so transparent and the friendliest agent I've ever dealt with. We were skeptical but Marvin really came through when we got home and had issues due to what an independent garage did. Marvin didn't need to help, already had the sale, was at no fault but still he fought for us. Got issues resolved and saved us a few bucks. I could go on honestly. It's about the skeptic in me was proven wrong. Thanks Marvin and the whole team.”

“Bought a used 2016 Corolla from here. Dealt with Pat Hauer, who was very helpful. Purchasing process was painless, and I think they seemed honest. Good after service to make up for the fact that they missed the fact that the key couldn't open up the car door lock; only found out after I purchased the vehicle. They agreed to fix the issue and pay for the cost. Sent me to Destination Toyota to check the lock, but the lock cylinder assembly was backordered with no restock ETA. So JP Lease sent me to Car Keys Express, who came to my workplace to work on the lock while I was at work. Just turned out there was a bit of rust in the lock and it was all fixed in 20 minutes. Overall a bit of time was wasted driving to Destination Toyota and needing to proactively follow up with the lock cylinder repair, but I guess the experience could have been much worse. I'd say I would still come back again if I ever need another pre-owned vehicle.”
