I had my stuff in storage for nearly over 2 years and was always impressed with the staff and team at this location! When I needed a time of readjustment, the Manager made sure my needs were taken into consideration! A super clean facility that saw all my requirements were met! Highly recommended!

Since they have taken over the many storage they have fully went over the terms and conditions for late fees and gave more than enough time for the price increase they are friendly however there's no more free coffee joke set aside this place is good

Been with Prime Storage for several years now. From day one, when I signed my contract with the company, its level of customer service has been impeccable.I can't say enough positive things about how the front desk staff, beginning with Ton, who is no longer working there, and, lately, Husain and Kariza, all have been a pleasure to deal with. I particularly appreciated their clear communication and patience, especially last January when I was late in signing the renewal of my contract.I must also mention how clean, bright, and well maintained the facilities are.

This is a fantastic storage company with new owners under the name of “Prime Storage”. A clean, organized location with very accommodating and friendly staff who have helped with my move every step of the way. Highly recommend visiting this location.

My friend paid $100 deposit on Jan 2nd, 2024 and told the staff she planned to move in at Jan 6. On Jan 5, we went to sign the contract and was told this site has been changed to Prime Storage and won't work till Jan 9. My friend has booked moving truck, had her air ticket to leave Canada in Jan 8. She has to change her plan to find a new storage by paying higher price as she has no time to search the suitable size and location. We was told her deposit would be returned to her band card by previous U-Locker staff (now works for Prime Storage) who took our deposit and issued the receipt. And my friend hasn't had any refund, explain...till now Jan 17.It was surprise no one give her any notice of this change even she clearly told the staff she would move in Jan 6. The staff even told her she only need to spend 15 mins to sign the contract at the same day when she take the storage. It sounds a terrible joke and U-Locker doesn't show any respect to people. They don't even deserve 1 star.

We had a wonderful experience using U-LOCK this morning while obtaining materials for our upcoming move. Husain was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process, making what could have been stressful moving day incredibly seamless for us. :)

First month free is always a bonus clean facility with lota of dollies and trollies to make loading and unloading a breeze, pulling in and out can be made more challenging by the bottle neck leading to the parking area we used a truck and trailer and a 10 foot cube and as long as your confident it can be done!
