The worst experience ever.They only return strollers unopened !!!So if you open the box at home then you want to return without using it, they didn't accept it.While you are buying they tell you, you have 90 days to return it.Without telling you not to open the box !!!Worst return policy ever, I am not sure how they are still in the business with such a policy.

I had a very disappointing experience at Toys"R"Us due to the manager, Mikayla's, unprofessionalism. I bought a defective trike, and despite their initial promise for an exchange or return, I was later denied this option. It seemed they were reluctant to accept the return of the opened box product, even though it was defective. Mikayla incorrectly blamed us for the product's issues and was dismissive and rude throughout our interaction. Even when the defect was acknowledged, she only offered store credit and behaved rudely when handling the transaction. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I hope future customers don't have to endure what I did. It's disheartening to see such reluctance to uphold customer satisfaction, particularly when dealing with defective merchandise.

I went to toysrus metro to grab a gift for my friend’s son, and the sales associate, santiago helped me. I’m not usually comfortable when people ask if i need help but made me feel very welcomed and content and even suggested a few toys that my friend’s son would like. The kid also really loved the toy, overall it was a great experience!

My experience here was offal however it is not the companys fault it is the employees fault because I went in to buy a hot wheels culture car set and then went to look at the lego this one emply calls security on me because I was not standing straight because I have a medical condition called scoliosis and so after calling security on me I calmly took my time went to look for the 1:43 kind mart fiat e which was not in stock, then went to pay I don't know what this employee was thinking but I decided to not escalate anything so I did not confront her I just calmly pay for my car and I leave and the employee gets back on the phone and calls again hopefully to say they made a mistake. This incident will not stop me from shopping at Toy's R us however I think better training is needed for that employee because it comes across as discrimination towards some one with a spinal cord disability who just wants to buy a product. Hopefully this associate/ employee gets better training

In the past, whenever we visited this store, we often felt disappointed because the shelves were usually empty. It could be because we usually went at night when they hadn't restocked from the day.However, today's experience was a delightful surprise. Despite the busy Boxing Day sales, the store had a satisfying amount of items in stock. It was truly wonderful to be able to shop here and find many things we wanted, even during such a major sale event.We want to give special recognition to Ben, the manager, for providing exceptional service. His friendly and welcoming attitude played a big role in making our shopping experience a happy one.We left the store with a lot of toys and a feeling of happiness.
