“I can’t explain how amazing the team at Son Trail Tire in Burnaby is! I spoke with Darwyn a few years ago when I needed to get my tires replaced - he worked with me (patiently - I’m definitely not a car girl) and explained all my options in detail and helped provide me with the best advice for my needs and my car. A little while ago - I was dealing with what I thought was a flat tire and I went to another tire shop and they advised me right away that I’d need to get the tire replaced. I decided to come back Darwyn for his opinion and support to buy a new tire and instead he recommended that they thoroughly look at the tire and see what they could do to fix it. Within 15 minutes - they fixed the tire and saved me a couple hundred dollars and a lot of time. I am so appreciative of the team and especially Darwyn for always being so kind and patient with me!
