Asian service rep. One liner answers. I was returning my Amazon order. Got me the run around twice. Will never go there again.

The female staff was impatient and unfriendly while I wished to confirm what I had to do. It was about how she delivered her message negatively and made you feel like disturbing her to have free time during work. Even a few magic words from her didn't make this a courteous service.
And if she was more helpful a bit and checked the tracking no. during my first visit, I didn't have to go twice to know that my package had reached there.

Quick, friendly, and professional service. Had to provide proof of my address through a BCHydro bill, since the address on my ID is out of date. I appreciate this, as it's done to protect my package and to make sure nobody else steals it! Thank you!

Customer service is top-notch at this UPS location. Staffs are friendly, efficient and they know exactly what they are doing. I haven't had any issue with sending & receiving packages at this location in the past two years since I started using their help for my online business.
They scan every packages I sent out carefully, provide me proper receipts after packages being scanned ( some other locations hand-write tracking no. on the receipts )
All the packag I sent there were received, no package had gone missing.
Also, they put all the packages sent/received in the back or behind the front desk as much as possible. ( vs some other UPS locations ask me to just put packages I'm sending in a big pile out in the open near the front door. )
