The pricing at this place is just astronomical. They rip you off! I was charged $45 for a photograph. Later, I checked at London Drugs (East Hastings 2585), they quoted me only $22.50.Another day, I used their computer to download 1 pg PDF and printed it black/white, which costed me $6.Avoid this store, and check with other vendors, you will be surprised with the $ difference.

I dropped in the store with a legitimate concern in trying to contact an agent at UPS which is impossible to do. I get handed a card with their same 800 number by the gentlemen which I had already found on the internet.He says just call this number and you will be connected. Only to go into the same stupid automated loop.Being a UPS depot it would have taken 2 minutes to help me connect. But NO that’s too much to ask??!!Poor service and hence a low review. GO FEDEX OR PUROLATER.UPS THINKS ITS A COMPANY TOO BIG TO FAIL.

Paveh was extremely helpful and handled 3-4 customers simultaneously just before closing. Unfortunately I made several errors in how I had prepared my package and Paveh was quick to help me correct the errors. She made sure all the customers felt taken care of. Thank you!

Horrible post auction service. Quoted 3 to 4 times MORE than I could of shipped myself on my own UPS account. Refused to accept any other waybills. Refused to accept my UPS account waybill. Its the same company !!!!!! Had to forfeit my auction winning because I will not pay $300 to ship something, thru the same company, on my account, for under $100 that I only paid $110 for.Very scam-like. Reflects badly on the auctioneer

Hello Jean,I am writing to advise you of the exemplary service I received from your employee Paveh, last Saturday May 6.I had been in Burnaby since April 12 for the purpose of clearing out my Dad’s home (he passed away in October), which was a monumental task. I was near the end of everything and needed to find a way to ship 2 heirloom tables back to my home in Ottawa. I found that UPS will both box up and ship for me, so called your store.My first contact with Paveh was by phone, just to check that I could indeed bring in 2 tables to be boxed up for shipping. She reassured me and offered an initial estimate. She was patient and helpful. I arrived at your store around 1pm, she had 4 people at the counter. During the almost 1 hour I was there, she must have had about 20 people arrive. She juggled everyone very professionally, even though I’m sure she felt the pressure of serving everyone by herself. She asked if anyone was just dropping off or picking up to move them along quickly. She had a gentleman who had a challenging situation and needed her to email a photo of a damaged package to UPS, as his email was not being received. She patiently explained that is not a service they offered, but if he could wait, she would try to help. He was still waiting when I left, no doubt she would help once everyone else had been served.As for my tables, with a lot of people looking on, she carefully bubble wrapped them, customized the height of the boxes, filled them with peanuts, secured and taped them. Having worked in the printing industry for 35 years, I know the time and energy it takes to do this. The price added for packaging and labour was worth every cent.I also called Steve on Monday to ask if he could put “This Side Up” on my 2 large boxes, as I forgot to do this when I was in the store. While speaking with him I mentioned the great service I received from Paveh. He said that he could tell from Saturday’s sales that it had been a very active day. I told him I would be writing this letter, and he asked if I could give a Google 5-star review for her. I intend to do this once I figure out how to! He told me that UPS values reviews and appreciates when customers let them know they had a good experience. Thank you also to Steve for being so positive.Apologies for not writing sooner. We were in transit back to Ottawa on the 9th and have had a lot of things to follow-up on.Please pass on my appreciation to her. She solved my problem with only 3 days before I was leaving, and I really wanted to send the tables to my home. I believe they are supposed to arrive this Monday.Compliments to you as well for having such wonderful staff!

Lady at UPS was very helpful. I missed a label on a package that I dropped off earlier and she helped me find my package so I can add a label to my box.

Paveh went above and beyond to accommodate me as I arrive just a few minute before the store closing time. She helped me with every thing I needed and gave me such a great service. Definitely recommends this store .

They have always served me well. The last time my parcel went missing somewhere between Vancouver and Montreal. They have done everything they could do get it delivered. Which happened today Dec 8 2022. In the midst of bad weather and Christmas bustle. Thank you UPS!

The lady rep was very helpful, efficient, professional.But the male rep’s behavior was shocking. I overheard him speaking to his boss about another customer. He spoke about her and used the F word right at the front counter. I had seen his interaction with that customer and she was friendly and not overly demanding.When I entered he also gave me a look like I was a bother and barely said hello. He was miserable from the start.

the store manager Steve has been very helpful. He is quick and accurate, but also care about customers. I would keep using this location even if there were a closer UPS store.

Highly recommended! 5/5 on all services! Paveh helped me with everything I had to do with so much patience even though it was 20 minutes before closing. So professional, helpful, and kind! Will definitely come back!!One stop shop to get to photocopy, scan, drop off a box, and passport pictures!
