Yesterday I went to buy a mere cable, upon learning about the pre-paid and post-paid plan, I ended up buying those as well. It was a smooth and pretty good experience as always. The staff was also amazing and co-operative, they explained me well and gave showed me pretty good options. I highly recommend visiting Bestbuy.

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THIS STAR!
I had a very disappointing experience. I don't know what we did to deserve such treatment. We were simply following the return policy of 15 days as stated in the contract. The staff constantly had sour faces and used "We're just trying to help you" as an excuse, serving us with obvious displeasure.
If you don't mind them whispering in their own language, feel free to experience it for yourself. I know you all read the reviews, and I just want to say that to avoid any disputes, please ensure that all procedures are done in front of the customers.

This location is nice . Staff are friendly and more than willing to help customers. I am a frequent shopper and their deals for last two months were great and I appreciate them for being helpful always. Bought few electronics and apple accessories at a great deal

We were just browsing around in the store, when one of the employee Mukesh approached us and informed us about deals in store. We were there just to browse but we end up buying cell phone connection. Mukesh was really helpful and transparent. Very good customer service.

I got the portable charger on June 2023, (HELIX PWRBNK 16), recently it is not working as it does not charge my phone properly.
Luckily I got the 2-year warranty, so I went to the Source shop with my receipt to got claim, and the retail guy told me that I didn’t need to come, the only thing to do is the phone the number on my receipt, and they would send me a label, and I gonna send the product with the label through Canada Post, the team gonna looked it up, they either gonna fix it for me or they gonna send me a new one if they cannot fix it.
Which I did later on June 5th, Wednesday, and the guy on the phone told me the same story, which was nice, but he told me they gonna confirm with manufacture and put the product information into the system, which eventually would take some time, and if they did not phone me back on Friday, I gonna need to call them back.
In which I did since they didn’t call me back after that. But the second call on next week I made ( on June 11, Tuesday) disappointed me: they said they only gonna take it back, but they neither gonna fix it nor send me a new one, but they just gonna reimburse me the price of the charger I bought, which was 44.99 CAD, but I paid 65.23 at the time of the purchase, (item + 2-year warranty + tax).
I was pretty mad since the crew and team tell me two different stories and rejected their own statements in very short time. And I am not getting a full reimbursements .
So for people who’s gonna buy warranty at source, please be advised the solution they provide might not be what you expected.

I was there three days back and I dare say this, the service was really good. It was Vanshika who guided me and my friend very well. She was sweet and made me feel at ease. Good people and who does great job needs to be recognised and that is why she deserved this review as she did great ?.
