The employee was very aggressive and rude. She treated me in a disrespectful manner. She ignored me on several occasions. It's a shame that there are people who really need the job and would be willing to treat the customer well.

I had shoes ordered at home however the box was in tatters and the shape of the shoes weren't much better.
I went to The Shoe company to return my item, and Angela went out of her way to help make it up to me. She advised discounts were only eligible today and will not work the next day.
I ended up purchasing another pair of shoes. I was very happy with the deal I got, thanks to Angela.

Yesterday I visited Shoe Company at Metrotown during my trip to Vancouver, and I had a fantastic experience! I was assisted by Dante, who provided exceptional customer service.
Dante was incredibly knowledgeable about the different shoe options available and took the time to understand my needs. He was patient and attentive, ensuring I found the perfect pair of shoes that matched my style and comfort preferences. His friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire shopping experience enjoyable.
The store itself had a great selection of shoes, from casual sneakers to more formal options, catering to various tastes and budgets. The layout was organized and easy to navigate, which made browsing through the options a breeze.
Overall, I highly recommend Shoe Company at Metrotown. If you’re in Vancouver and in need of new footwear, be sure to ask for Dante—his excellent service will make your visit worthwhile!

Very nice store, clean and super friendly staff. I went to the Brentwood location for a return, and the woman who seemed to be a supervisor was rude and unprofessional. She said she checked the location for a shoe I was looking for and told me it was available at the Metrotown store. However, when I arrived here, I found out that the Brentwood lady didn’t even call ahead, and this location didn’t have the shoe. But the staff and team here were very helpful—they contacted Brentwood, informed them of the situation, and helped me order the shoes I wanted. Plus, the Asian lady here, who was the manager, gave me free shipping. I was happy to see the good bond between the team and their leaders. Highly recommended to visit this location! Brentwood needs to train their team.

The person who appeared to be the manager was incredibly abrasive, dismissive, and rude to us at the check out counter. I feel bad for the other employee who was very nice and is clearly being treated poorly by the manager. Not worth the trip for the mediocre size & style selection.

I had an excellent experience at Shoe Co. in Burnaby Station Square. I arrived just five minutes before closing, yet Mohamed and Manager Mani provided outstanding service. They were incredibly helpful and patient, ensuring I found exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. Highly recommend this store for their top-notch service!

This store is great, seriously! It's so clean and the staff is super friendly. Angela and Mohammed were amazing, especially with my little one. And the two lady managers, Angela and Mani, were like family, such a tight-knit team! Loved seeing their teamwork in action. Definitely gonna come back here!

Had such a pleasant experience right when I walked in! Rowan was so nice and helped us the entire purchase with checking stock and ordering shoes for us that were not available in store, he really went above and beyond!
