Paid 70.00 for a pair of women's saucany running shoes that were on sale, but they are not water proof on the top of the runners the rain goes right through, the staff or company should mention that or charge less! Will not shop at your store anymore! I will go to sportchek! Beware shoppers

The sales associate who was helping me was very kind and patient and new. The woman at the desk spoke sharply to the new sales associate helping me and she also spoke to me in the same way. She was explaining the same thing over and over and was escalating in her impatience. We needed a simple answer and she didn’t provide it. I found her hostile when i asked her let me paraphrase what i understood her to say. She was hostile to a customer and was demeaning to staff.
