"I've had the worst experience with Telus Communications. This company is nothing short of a scam! They lure you in with promises of free international calls, only to hit you with ridiculously expensive charges later on. Their billing practices are deceptive, and it's clear they're just out to take advantage of their customers. I feel completely ripped off and will never trust this company again. Now I understand why people have such negative opinions about Telus. Stay far away!"

I went to activate my mobility plan and Harry was really helpful and fast. He explained our plan well and clear to us. Also, he is so kind and respectful. 5 starts for him

Harry was super helpful! We’ve had a lot of trouble transferring our plan from other company but he was super nice, took his time to explain us everything. Is really nice to see people like him in this situation willing to help you out with a great attitude! Best service I ever had at a phone store!

Very bad customer service especially from Harry. I had to return my mobile phone as part of bring your device back. Telus customer service told me to return my phone within 30 days to any Telus store. Do I did exactly that. Harry tells me since my phone been cancelled he can’t take it back. Which doesn’t make any sense when customer service told me to return it. Harry was rude and no help what so ever. Avoid this location. Telus really needs to review their customer service handling. I wouldn’t even rate 1 star, they deserve no stars.

I was at Telus Metrotown and was I ever fortunate to receive EXCELLENT service from TOMMY HUANG, a brilliant, diligent, & patient employee. He is truly an ASSET to TELUS!! God richly bless Tommy for helping a person like me, who is no longer techy as I was before. I will stay with Telus bcoz of their good & brilliant employees & great service. God bless you all!!!

I went to return a mobile device since I ca canceled one of my lines and the Telus operator told me to return it either in a store or Purelator. He recommended me to go to the store since it is the safest way. I went in the store and the staff who attended me was rude. He told me I can't return the phone in a store and I should go to a delivery company. That the operator from Telus lied to me. So, I called to Telus costumer service and the machine again told me that I could return the device in a Telus store, so I went In again and explained it to the guy. Again he was very rude and told me he already explained to me 10 times and I should fill a complain. I just told him I understand but he could have been nicer.

Only sales done here. I was hoping to come here to discuss issues we have with our newest plan but they directed us to phone which is inconvenient because we cannot see anything important on our side. Just empty store with two clerks with no ability to help with customer support.

I like Telus more Because of Andy. His kind and thorough service comforted me because of my brother's home-security case. Some things need to be corrected with the Telus platform. Been a Telus customer for over 5 years. I stayed loyal because the company is reliable. I needed another line and change of phone numbers since we just recently moved to BC. I went to New West location and my account was messed up. I decided to go to this location yesterday because my husband said reps here are accommodating and I was assisted by Arif. Upon him knowing what happened, he immediately took charge in rectifying the situation, patiently contacted the people who can help and provided me with the solution I needed. Beyond grateful for the assistance he provided. ?
