STAY AWAY from Telus! They one hundred percent have the worst service and like other reviewers have mentioned, they truly are much too cheap to hire enough employees. The wait times are outrageous. When I did finally talk to a representative, he said he would look into the matter (I was having issues with the home phone) and that Telus would get back to me on Monday. Never heard from them. I also noticed that every time you speak to someone, they give you different information. Horrible company!!!

Been waiting for online support. There are 5 in queue. I waited 1 hour and only moved up 1 spot. I am now queue #4. This company is a joke!

This has to be the biggest joke of a company I've ever dealt with. I have never dealt with a level of incompetence so completely in my entire life. 5 apointments booked. 3 cancellations with no explanation. 2 techs showed up and left without installing internet. I'm just floored man like what kind of company is this? like this is ridiculous. they even tried to charge me an installation fee. oh also legitimately 4 days I've booked off work to deal with this and getting absolutely nothing.

A Disappointing Experience: Lack of Compassion and Poor Judgment from Telus CanadaI recently called Telus Canada to cancel the Telus Personal Fall Alarm as the person who was using it unfortunately passed away. My intention was to handle this sensitive matter with compassion and respect, but the experience left me deeply disappointed.During the call, instead of empathizing with my situation, the Telus employee saw it as an opportunity to upsell home items. This was neither the time nor the place for such a sales pitch. It felt insensitive and showed a lack of understanding of the gravity of the situation.It is important for companies like Telus to prioritize empathy and compassion when dealing with customers who may be going through difficult times. The employee's choice to seize this moment for upselling demonstrated poor judgment and a disregard for the needs and emotions of their customers.I believe that Telus members require more thorough training in customer service and empathy. Understanding the appropriate time to offer additional services and being able to read the emotional cues of customers are essential skills that should be emphasized in employee training.I strongly feel that a call back at a later date would have been more reasonable and respectful. This would have allowed me to process the loss and deal with cancelling the Telus Personal Fall Alarm without feeling pressured into making additional purchases. Sensitivity and understanding should always be given priority in such situations.I hope that Telus Canada takes this review seriously and takes steps to enhance the training and development of their employees. A customer-oriented company should prioritize compassion and empathy, providing support during difficult times instead of exploiting them for sales purposes.In light of my disappointing experience, I encourage Telus Canada to review their customer service protocols and ensure that all members are equipped to handle sensitive situations in a compassionate and respectful manner.

They suck. You ask for help you have to pay $40 Even though we bought 2 new phones from them. Then I want to lock my daughter iPhone and they will not tell me, I'm texting a recording. Koodo used to have a automatic lock app on your account. I am going back to koodo. I tried ordering home TV and they sent 2 technician and they couldn't set up my TV yet I'm still being billed for TV and Wi-Fi. I also mailed back their equipment. 5 years ago I had to get them remove the debt collector off Mr for equipment they thought I kept. I was glad that I kept the postal proof.

Do not get Telus service! Especially if you use internet to see baby or work! THEY DONT CARE! If i could give 0 stars, I would. Internet has been down for 4 days. Technician came today, he was rude and had an aggressive tone (Jarrold C.) he said that it works when he did his first "check", then realized it didn't, changed the modem, then we asked to check if it works on our devices. He said, he was wasting his time if he did that and then just left. Our baby monitor doesn't work. Thanks for the worst service in history!!!! NOTHING WORKS! Baby was no monitor, we both lost 3 days of work and still not fixed. Happy this aggressive, rude man is put of our house though!

Telus in Campbell River employs a techie named Dean. Dean hiked thru the snow for a mile to make sure my elderly neighbour had a working phone. Best ever.

I would leave less than a 1-star review if I could. Telus is the worst. I can't recall the last time I was billed for the correct amount. They use predatory sales tactics to have you switch over to their services, promise that these rates are locked in, and then when you get your service agreement online, all of their "special promotions" expire within the year with a new bill to be 10x the amount you were promised. As of December 2022, I called to complain, spent hours on the phone with their customer service (if you can get a hold of person), and then hung up to the promise that my service agreement would be adjusted until September 2023. JANUARY 2023, I receive my bill and surprise, I've been charged 3x what they agreed. This has been the situation ever since I switched over to them. IF I COULD GO BACK IN TIME I WOULD HAVE NEVER SWITCHED TO TELUS. NOVUS, SHAW, CARRIER PIDGEONS WOULD HAVE ALL BEEN SUPERIOR OPTIONS.- A disgrunted customer

Where to start? After 22 years of loyal service I got suckered into their "Social Media Solutions" program. This program is farmed out to a couple of shady outfits that commited provable fraud. After Telus ignored my evidence against their 3rd party con-artists, they proceeded to cut-off my cell service (a completely different service) whilst I was in the US for ALL my employees and contractors until I paid this arbitrary and fraudulently obtained amount of $8300. Blackmail.
